In recent years,the development of students' key competencies has become the focus of educational theory and practice research of educational organizations and educators around the world.China's research on relevant theories and practice is also increasing.The establishment and publication of the overall framework of the key development of students in China will undoubtedly further enrich the connotation of quality education,and the core accomplishment of the students should have the character and key ability to make a generalization,but also led to the educators to thinking 21 st century,this globalization,information-based knowledge economy in the context of the times,we want to "cultivate what kind of person" ?The core of the school management is the curriculum management,to explore the core of the curriculum development of the core of the quality of the landing,but also on China's basic education curriculum management and reform has far-reaching significance.In this study,J primary school in Heilongjiang Province was selected as the research object.Based on the existing literature,the main materials of this study were obtained by means of qualitative research and participatory observation and interview.Trying to analyze the school 's experience and problems in the process of school-based curriculum system construction,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the construction of school-based curriculum system based on core literacy.This paper is divided into seven parts,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly on the research issues,the purpose of this study,meaning and research methods to elaborate,and define the core concepts,and finally the current domestic and foreign related research The second chapter is the policy and theoretical basis related to this research.The third chapter analyzes the conditions of the school-based curriculum construction in the selected case schools.The fourth,fifth and sixth chapters are the key chapters of this thesis.,The author through the participatory observation,interviews and other research methods to obtain information,analysis and summary of the school has now been available for reference and experience to explore the problem,the final chapter based on the core of the school-based curriculum system to makerecommendations;Summarize and reflect on the whole study.
