Our country has always attached great importance to moral education.The strategic theme of the National Outline of Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)shows that moral education should be upheld first.Establish morality and cultivate people,and integrate the socialist core value system into the whole process of national education.Moral education has an important impact on students' outlook on life,morality and values.Moral education management plays a vital role in promoting the orderly implementation of moral education and the effectiveness of moral education.At the same time,with the social and economic development of our country,the development of compulsory education is facing ne2 challenges,and nine-year education schools emerged.The new model brings new challenges to moral education management.As the main battlefield of moral education,the themed class meeting plays an important role.At present,the systematic and effective management of the themed class meetinig hasn't attracted much attention.Starting from the practice of nine-year education school and using the theory of Quality Management theory and System theory,the author conducted field investigation and interview on nine-year education C school,analysed and discussed the background,the strengths and weaknesses of curriculum management of themed class meeting.Then,according to the theory of curriculum management,the author designed an interview outline and conducted field interviews with C school teachers,and then analysed the contents of the interviews,trying to find out the problems in the curriculum management of C school.According to the investigation and research that the value of curriculum development in Nine-year C school has been unanimously recognized by teachers,but in the process of practice,teachers could not continue to carry out because of teaching pressure and other reasons.In the course of curriculum implementation,the inspection and evaluation of C school is not enough,and the manpower training needde for curriculum sustaiinability is insufficient There is no corresponding policy of support and only top-down order.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,from changing the concept and increasing material support for themed class meeting curriculum management,continuously updating the serialization of themed class meeting curriculum content,strengthening the training of teachers,and evaluating and supervising themed class meeting curriculum management throughout the whole process.
