Nowadays,with the rapid development of the Internet,the network has penetrated into the daily life of every learner,and open learning has become the main way for learners to learn independently.Since the open learning platform has sprung up,the emergence of a learning society,the realization of educational modernization and the entry of a strong country of human resources become a possibility.Originating from"open learning platform" or "open e-learning platform",open learning platform is the general term of a learning platform that meets the needs of learners for open learning[1].The open learning platform in the Internet environment makes full use of modern technology and rich teaching resources to acquire knowledge and solve problems through the interaction between teachers and students,classrooms and society.The open learning platform should include platform guidance resources,platform learning resources,platform communication and interaction,platform curriculum evaluation,platform learning monitoring and platform operation,etc.The paper takes the Internet environment as the research background and mainly focuses on the open learning platform.Starting from the macro perspective at home and abroad,the paper takes comparative research as the main research method,and uses the mature platform analysis function index for reference to make a detailed comparison of all dimensions of comparative research.By means of literature research,content analysis and comparative research,the paper conducts a comparative study of open learning platforms in the Internet environment at home and abroad.At last,it draws a conclusion,and puts forward suggestions for the platform construction and as well as further proposes the optimal design of the module functions of open learning platforms in the Internet environment.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research background and writing purposes of the paper,and presents the research'value of the paper.Based on previous chapters,the research method and technical route of the paper are proposed to further clarify the research framework of the paper.The second chapter is an overview of open learning platforms in the Internet environment,including the origin and development of open learning platforms,the definition of open learning platforms in the Internet environment,the overview of the functions of open learning platforms in theInternet environment and the classification of open learning platforms in the Internet environment.The third chapter is a comparative study of foreign open learning platforms.Based on the meticulous design of the comparative study,the open learning platforms in foreign Internet environment are compared and the enlightenment and conclusion of the comparative study are obtained.The fourth chapter elaborates the research and application status of open learning platforms in China's Internet environment,sorts out the research and development status and application status of open learning platforms in China's Internet environment,and finds out the problems in the development and application of open learning platforms in China's Internet environment.Based on the comparative study of open learning platforms at home and abroad in the Internet environment,the fifth chapter puts forward suggestions on the construction of open learning platforms in the Internet environment and the optimal design of platform module functions.The sixth chapter is the research and prospect of the paper.It summarizes the research results of the paper,sorts out the innovation points of the paper,and clarifies the research limitations of the paper and forecasts the future research.
