Since the 21 st century,the study of core literacy has attracted the attention of many countries and has become a research hotspot.As a result,the educational concept has also quietly changed,the forms of education have become more diverse,the requirements for teachers have gradually increased,and the training requirements for students have become more demanding.In March 2014,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Curriculum Implementation and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of Lide Shuren",requiring all types of schools to proceed with the core literacy and academic quality requirements based on actual conditions and student characteristics.To the teaching of various subjects.Therefore,China’s core literacy training for students has become an important goal of teaching.The geography subject has put forward the concept of geographical core literacy.The new curriculum standard also puts forward more specific requirements for cultivating the core literacy of junior high school students.At the same time,the rapid development of modern educational technology has provided technical and equipment support for geography teaching,promoted the reform of geography teaching,changed the traditional teaching mode,and was more conducive to cultivating talents.In particular,the development and commissioning of digital geography classrooms can present knowledge in geography textbooks to students more intuitively,vividly and in all directions.When the digital geography classroom is applied in the geography classroom of junior high school students,it can be found that the content presentation form conforms to the cognitive characteristics of junior high school students.The classroom promotes the communication between teachers and students,which is conducive to cultivating students’ geographical core literacy.The purpose of this study is to sort out the related concepts of geographic core literacy,compare and analyze the advantages of digital geography classrooms to cultivate students’ core core literacy,and combine the psychological characteristics of junior high school students,and finally explore the application of digital geography classroom to cultivate the core literacy of junior high school students.Strategy,to improve the theoretical and practical foundation for the geography teaching of junior high school students.The main content consists of three parts:introduction,body and conclusion.It is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the second,third,fourth and fifth chapters are the main text,and the sixth chapter is the conclusion.The first chapter introduces the research background and current situation,analyzes the significance of the research,and determines the basic methods of research.The second chapter defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of geographic core literacy by consulting and collating relevant literatures.The third chapter is about geography teaching status quo.The fourth chapter attempts to explore and propose specific strategies for the application of digital geography classroom to cultivate students’core literacy.The fifth chapter describes the effect of using digital geography classroom to cultivate the core literacy of junior high school students.The sixth chapter summarizes the research.The innovation of this paper is that it breaks the traditional teaching method and uses digital geography classroom for classroom teaching to cultivate students’core literacy.The research results show that this novel teaching method can not only achieve the set teaching objectives,but also stimulate students’ learning motivation.At the same time,it can also cultivate students’ geographical core literacy and coordinate the development of students in all aspects.
