In 2018,the curriculum standards for biology in ordinary senior high school(2017 edition)was promulgated,and biology teaching is faced with new opportunities and challenges.Teachers are required to constantly learn advanced education concepts,apply advanced teaching methods in teaching activities to implement the curriculum standards,and cultivate innovative talents required by The Times with comprehensive development and both integrity and ability.As a kind of teaching method based on constructivism,project learning emphasizes student-centered,project-oriented and the cultivation of students' abilities in various aspects.In recent years,the applied research of project learning has gradually received the attention of scientific teaching workers,focusing on exploring the application of project learning in schools at all levels and disciplines,and looking for the combination of project learning and curriculum,so as to better deepen the reform of subject curriculum and implement the cultivation of core literacy.In this study,project learning was applied to biology teaching in senior high school.Specific project learning cases were designed and implemented with reference to teaching materials.The teaching effect was analyzed through paper-and-pencil test,questionnaire survey and interview,and the feasibility and effect of the application of project learning in biology teaching in senior high school were verified from both theoretical and practical perspectives.The research mainly includes the following parts.The first part,the comprehensive domestic and foreign research present situation,found that analyze and research study results in recent years more and more,but very few similar studies in biology teaching in high school,in this study expounds the related concepts of project learning,on the basis of the project learning and based on the contrast of problem-based learning were briefly reviewed in this paper.Furthermore,the background,objective,content and method of the research are presented.The second part systematically discusses the specific process of designing project learning in the actual teaching process,and designs project learning cases with the characteristics of biology courses based on the contents of project learning condensed from high school biology textbooks.On this basis,the specific implementation of this case in biology teaching is introduced in detail,and case analysis is carried out.The third part mainly introduces the implementation process of teaching cases,including the hypothesis,method and object of the experiment,the preparation of the questionnaire and the collation and analysis of the experimental data.By comparing teaching experiments,this paper analyzes the differences between the experimental class and the control class in using project learning and conventional teaching methods,and summarizes the learning effect of project learning.SPSS20.0 software was used to analyze and collect data,which showed that applied project learning in senior high school biology teaching had significant effects on improving students' academic performance,teamwork ability,information literacy,language expression ability and learning interest(P<0.05),but no significant effects on improving students' self-efficacy(P>0.05).The innovation of this study lies in the combination of project learning and high school biology teaching under the new educational background,which is an effective verification of the implementation of curriculum standards.At the same time,it analyzes the learning effect of project learning from multiple dimensions of knowledge,ability,emotion,attitude and values,and verifies the effect of project learning on improving students' comprehensive ability.Combined with the deficiencies of this study in teaching practice,the corresponding implementation Suggestions are put forward and the development direction of project learning in the future is pointed out.
