In the process of rapid economic and social development in China,information technology,network technology and self-control technology have also been widely used and developed,which has led to the emergence of intelligent projects and made them an important part of the development of modern society.It is also a concentrated reflection of the requirements of information technology and intelligent construction in various industries.Intelligent project is to use intelligent technology as a means to achieve the purpose of resource sharing,unified management and control.Intelligent project involves civil construction technology,information and communication technology,network technology,modern control technology,etc.,so the scheme design of intelligent project is more difficult and more complex.It is a comprehensive project based on many professional systems,products and technology.Through the exploration and development in recent years,information technology and intelligent technology have been widely used in various fields of our country,especially in the field of education.In the Ten-Year Development Plan of Education Informatization(2011-2020),the specific requirements of campus informatization construction are clearly put forward.At the same time,in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Education Informatization,the goal of effective application of information technology in campus construction is emphasized again.However,due to the complex characteristics of intelligent projects,in the process of evaluating and choosing intelligent campus projects,schools must model and analyze the importance of the various components of the project in the overall investment scheme and the proportion of weights based on their own considerations of the needs,budget and subsequent use and operation of the intelligent campus project.In this process,how to comprehensively consider the importance of each component of the project and construct an investment model has become a difficult and important issue in the process of building a intelligent campus.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation by selecting four schools of similar size,similar numbers of teachers and students,and different professional composition.It conducts an in-depth analysis of the configuration standards of intelligent campuses,and selects the technical elements,digital campus construction foundation,operation and maintenance level,etc.The 13 factors were analyzed by principal component analysis.Finally,the four factors including technical factors,profitability index of integrators,management measure and policy norm were used to construct the decision model of intelligent campus project investment plan using analytic hierarchy process,absolute comparison method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On this basis,the model was used to evaluate the investment decision of Qingyang Petrochemical College's intelligent campus project.The results show that:(1)The analytic hierarchy process can be used to comprehensively determine the main evaluation factors and to determine the investment project to a certain degree.Analyze and,to a certain extent,accurately assess the allocation criteria of intelligent campus project investment;(2)Combine expert scoring and previous research results,and use absolute comparison method to calculate the weight of each factor,which can be more objective The evaluation of the evaluation index lays a certain theoretical foundation for the construction of the investment decision model;(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the absolute comparison method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the fuzzy judgment matrix and the membership function is determined.Further refine and accurately select 24 factors including video surveillance system,campus information network and campus data transmission to construct a intelligent campus project investment plan decision can help QingYang Petrochemical College to carry out reasonable intelligent campus project investment scheme,and also provide reference and reference for the investment and evaluation of intelligent campus project plans of other similar schools in China.On the theoretical level,the research of this paper can enrich the research results of the existing theoretical circles from the theoretical point of view,and at the same time construct the theoretical model of the investment plan of the smart campus project,providing theoretical reference for the builders of various intelligent campus projects.On the other hand,from the perspective of practice,it can also provide reference for intelligent campus project investment scheme selection of QingYang Petrochemical College,help QingYang Petrochemical College to optimize intelligent campus project investment scheme and to improve capital use efficiency,and then to promote the intelligent campus project construction process of QingYang Petrochemical College.
