In recent years,more and more migrant workers choose to flow in the province or return home to become local migrant workers and new-type professional farmers.Among them,there must be agricultural development policies and the promotion of the strategy of developing township economy in order to build new rural areas.As a direct level of the development of township economy,the system policy,social economy,public service,geographical conditions on migrant workers' return to home and employment behavior and the extent of its impact makes people want to dig in-depth.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the influencing factors of migrant workers'return to their home country,mainly from the theoretical and empirical aspects of the institutional policy,social economy,and so on.Whether public service and geographical conditions have influence on migrant workers' behavior of returning home and employment,which is the main pursuit of migrant workers' return to home,then affects the behavior of migrant workers' return to their home countries and the degree of influence of the influencing factors by influencing the aspects that migrant workers mainly want to pursue when they return home.By means of the combination of theory and empirical analysis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to verify whether the factors that should affect the employment behavior of migrant workers returming to their home country are the factors that should affect the return employment behavior of migrant workers in practice.According to the difference between the actual situation and the theoretical analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the light of the difference between the actual situation and the theoretical analysis.On the basis of the previous study,the following conclusions are drawn:first,the individual migrant workers are still the main factors influencing the employment behavior of returning home.Second,the social economy is an important factor that affects the return employment behavior of the peasant workers in Kashketeng Banner.Third,the impact of public service environment and geographical conditions on migrant workers' return to their home country is also gradually emerging,especially the construction of public service environment can basically meet the migrant workers'pursuit of a better social environment.And the development and utilization of geographical conditions need to continue in order to attract migrant workers to return home for employment.Fourth,the institutional policies of the Kashkten Banner tend to attract return to their homeland as a new type.The large-scale production and management of migrant workers by professional farmers,but so far the number of such migrant workers is less and the construction of system and policy is not perfect,which leads to a great discount in the actual effect.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:perfect employment policy;seek the advantage of rural development to develop rural economy and industry;further improve public service and infrastructure construction.
