| In recent years,popularization and internationalization has been the trend of higher education,which intensifies the source of students competition among colleges and universities.As the highest level of education in China,graduate education has played an important part in training a large number of talents for the country and society,and Postgraduate enrollment is the premise of training and improving the quality of graduate students.Regulating matriculation is a kind of graduate admission,and it has obtained more and more attention from the state,education departments and colleges,especially for those universities that are not belonging to key universities of projects "985" and "211",and because of lacking candidates,these universities each year have to enroll a large number of adjusting students to meet the enrollment targets issued by the Ministry of education.As a result,how to attract students and how to recruit qualified candidates have been the focus of these not "985" or "211" universities.As a risk decision,students’ university choice is not only related to whether the individual can attend a college,but also related to whether the enrollment unit can successfully finish the enrollment plan.Paying attention to students’ college choice and preference does good to colleges that are not belonging to key universities of projects "985" and "211",it helps universities to formulate corresponding enrollment policies,and it also provides policy reference for them to make future development plans,adjust the education and teaching reform.Based on this,my study on the adjusting’s behavior and preferences will begin with the following aspects.Firstly,select the external factors of university choice and then calculate its weight.In this part,the 16 external factors are reduced to 8 key factors,then combining with Matlab,I use fuzzy analytical hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the 8 key factors,the result shows that the preliminary results of the postgraduate entrance examination is the most important for the adjusting when choosing a university.Secondly,explore the internal factors of the adjusting’s university choice.With the help of "OCEAN" five factor model,the psychological mechanism of the adjusting students is constructed,and through the simulation with the Software Netlogo,we conclude that students with low NE,high K and high S are tend to take a risk when choosing its adjusting university.Thirdly,analyse the psychological path of students’ college choice.Based on the theory of Cognition-Affection-Conation,the study has been began with constructing psychological change of the adjusting,and then that whether the universities or the adjusting students that dominate the other during the process of Graduate Adjusting is been analysed.Finally,study the internal and external factors on university choice behavior of the adjusting.As is known to us all that the behavior of students’ university choice is the interaction of the internal and external factors,consequently,I use the relevant theories and knowledge of system dynamics to go on with my study,based on SD,the causality graph and the system flow graph are drawn,and then the Vensim PLE is used to do the simulation of mathematical model.From the results,we can see that the retest time and admission time that universities have made significantly affect the adjusting’ university choice,and as time goes on,students become more and more rational in the process of adjusting.What we study does good to the enrollment unit,according to the conclusion,the enrollment units can formulate corresponding strategies to attract and enroll students,which not only helps to attract students,but also it has important significance to improve the quality of postgraduates,and at the same time,it provide policy support for colleges’ future development,so as to finally improve the quality of training quality of graduate students. |
