Study On The Impact Of Labor Flow On The Development Of Urban-Rural Integration In Shandong Province

Achieving the integration of urban and rural development and rural revitalization,in the final analysis,it depends on talents,establishing a labor market with equal competition,standardization and orderly integration of urban and rural areas is an important guarantee to promote the integration of urban and rural development.However,the current situation of labor mobility in China is not satisfactory,the development of urban-rural integration also faces the problem of insufficient labor mobility,and effective measures should be taken to solve the factors affecting the flow of labor force,better promote the realization of the development goal of urban-rural integration.Shandong Province is one of the fastest and most developed provinces in China,it has strong typicality and representativeness in both labor mobility and urban-rural integration.This study takes Shandong Province as an example(Data sources are produced by the official website of Shandong Statistical Bureau),by means of literature analysis,comparative study and logical deduction,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,etc,effective measures the Level of Labor Flow and Urban-Rural Integration Development in Shandong Province,makes an empirical study on the impact of labor mobility on the integration of urban and rural development in Shandong Province by building a panel model,to clarify the impact of labor transfer on urban-rural integration,to give policy suggestions to promote the integration of urban and rural development based on labor factors.,promoting the effective flow of labor force elements in Shandong Province,give full play to the beneficial effects of labor mobility on the economic growth of Shandong Province,accelerate the integration of urban and rural development.This study can provide a reference for the formulation and decision-making of the follow-up related policies in Shandong Province,to provide a good basis for solving the problems of labor mobility and urban-rural integration and development,it provides a good reference for other provinces in China to promote the integration of urban and rural development by promoting labor mobility,give full play to the positive effect of labor mobility on promoting urban-rural integration in Shandong Province.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: the labor mobility in Shandong Province has a significant impact on the degree of urban-rural development and coordination,but the overall impact on the degree of urban-rural integration is notsignificant.The reason may be that with the acceleration of urbanization in Shandong Province,the ability of cities to absorb foreign labor gradually declines,and a large number of labor transferred to cities is not conducive to the development of urban-rural integration.But on the whole,labor mobility has different effects on the degree of urban-rural development and integration,which can accelerate the process of urban-rural integration.Based on the experience and empirical results of Shandong Province,it can be seen that labor mobility mainly promotes urban-rural integration through three aspects: the allocation effect of optimized combination of factors,the spillover effect of knowledge and technology dissemination,and the market scale effect of division of labor expansion.In the future,in order to better play the role of labor mobility and promote urban-rural integration,we should first break down the institutional barriers to labor mobility,second,standardize the market order of labor mobility,and third,foster the social environment of labor mobility.
