With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,people's way of life has become more simple and fast,and their living standards have gradually improved.However,the convenient and simple living environment makes people's physical exercise activities less and less,which invisibly brings a variety of hazards to people's physical and mental health.Documents such as "Healthy China2030" Planning Outline and "Guiding Outline of Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" point out that health knowledge education should be integrated into the school education system,and physical education and health curriculum are important carriers of health knowledge education.Health knowledge education in physical education is of great significance to the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students and the formation of lifelong sports concept.With the continuous reform of education in schools at all levels,health knowledge education is gradually infiltrating into physical education in primary and secondary schools.However,how to better carry out health knowledge education in physical education is still worth noting.Problem.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and interview,this paper takes sports teachers and students from six schools in Chengxi District,Hutai Middle School,Affiliated Middle School of Qinghai Normal University,Twelfth Middle School,May 4th Primary School,Xingzhi Primary School and Wenhui Primary School of Xining City as the subjects of investigation to understand the situation of carrying out health knowledge education in sports teaching in six schools,and to analyze the impact of sports education.The factors of carrying out health knowledge education in teaching and putting forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research and analysis of the contents of the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The leaders of primary and secondary schools in Chengxi District of Xining City have a good understanding of the importance of health knowledge education in physical education,but the implementation of health knowledge education is insufficient and lacks systematicness.(2)The leaders of primary and secondary schools in Chengxi District of Xining City attach great importance to physical education and health courses,but they lack the guarantee of the class hours of physical education and health courses.There is a situation that physical education and health courses are occupied by other disciplines.(3)The primary and secondary schools in Chengxi District of Xining City have fewer training times on health knowledge education for PE teachers,and lack of integrity and systematicness,which is far from meeting the needs of PE teachers in carrying out health knowledge education in PE teaching.(4)The existing knowledge reserve of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Chengxi District of Xining City can not meet the needs of health knowledge education.Physical education teachers lack knowledge about teaching methods,teaching contents and effect evaluation of health knowledge education.(5)Primary and secondary schools in Chengxi District of Xining City lack an effective health knowledge education evaluation system,which can not effectively test the learning effect of students' health knowledge.(6)Health knowledge education in primary and secondary school physical education in Chengxi District of Xining City is gradually developing,and the awareness of physical education teachers and students to carry out health knowledge education in physical education teaching is constantly improving.(7)The primary and secondary school students in Chengxi District of Xining City have a good interest,attitude and enthusiasm in learning health knowledge in physical education,but they are not good at using health knowledge in daily life,and the situation of sleeping,eating breakfast and dealing with emergencies is not ideal.(8)Primary and secondary school students in Chengxi District of Xining City participated in extracurricular physical exercise activities before and after,the situation of preparing and relaxing activities was poor,and there were some problems in the control of extracurricular physical exercise time,intensity and frequency.
