Now the most of shools advocate vigorously the "core literacy" education of students.The core literacy includes three education field,one importent of them is Independent development,but Independent management is the most important part of independent development of students.I choose to explore the independent management of senior students in rural primary schools.On the one hand,there are fewer students in rural primary schools.Among them,those with good family conditions,those with houses in the county towns,those whose parents have higher cultural levels or whose parents work in the county towns have almost all gone to the city to study.The left families,parents and children alike,are generally not highly qualified.On the other hand,in society,families do not pay enough attention to the management of their children.Most schools do not provide many platforms for children to develop independently.Therefore,the cultivation of rural children's autonomy management is very important.Of course,senior students are active.Self-control,easy to study,so we choose this range.Then we find that Current domestic and foreign research achievements about students' self management a lot,but for the students' self management practice strategy research is rarely.This task through the literature method,survey method and interview method in Primary school.The center primary school to practice,to further enrich the theoretical system of students' self management,to further explore the strategy of realizing the high grade students in the collective autonomous management,puts forward corresponding solutions,this study plays a role in the theoretical guidance.This paper defines the object,purpose and significance of the research,defines the related concepts,and reviews the current research situation at home and abroad.Through questionnaire investigation and teacher interview,this paper analyzes the situation of autonomous management of senior students in rural primary schools,and finds out the existing problems,that is,the lack of consciousness,lack of ability and weak will of primary school students' autonomous management.At the same time,we can also find out the causes of the problems,that is,the society does not pay enough attention to the students' autonomous management,the school lacks the platform to provide the students' autonomous management,and families have one-sided understanding of the students' autonomous management.And then the right thing to do that it increase their awareness of autonomous management,Improve their ability to manage autonomously and regulate their behavioral psychology.
