Nowadays,with the increasing informationization and the narrowing of the distance between people,oral expression is not only the internal demand for individuals to make their individuality and reveal themselves,but also an necessary ability for individuals to survive in the society.Since 2000,the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High School changed "listening and speaking training" to "oral communication",the educational circle has launched an exploration in this field.However,in teaching practice,based on many factors,the development of oral expression ability of senior high school students in China is not optimistic.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current situation of high school oral Chinese classroom teaching,explore its existing problems,and put forward effective classrooms teaching strategy to train students' oral expression ability by consulting relevant literature and the form of questionnaire surveys and personal interviews with high school students,teachers and school leaders.This will provide a certain reference for the teaching of oral expression ability in Chinese classroom of senior high school students.This study reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,further defines the connotation of oral language,oral expression ability,effective classroom teaching and other related concepts,and on this basis,adopts the form of questionnaire survey and personal interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of classroom teaching of oral language expression in high school under the new curriculum standard.Through the analysis of the survey data,the author found that there is a problem in the current classroom teaching of oral expression that teachers "do not teach or cannot teach",while students "do not want to speak,dare not speak or cannot speak".This study believes that the reasons for the problems are as follows:teachers do not pay enough attention to oral expression,their oral expression ability is insufficient;The compilation of textbooks lays emphasis on reading and writing,and the teaching content of oral expression is small and scattered.Lack of systematic teaching system,oral expression training form is single,teacher guidance is less;Lack of loose and equal classroom teaching atmosphere,students dare not speak.Based on the quality-oriented education view,Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High School,pedagogy,psychology,effective classroom teaching concept and the theory of "positive pragmatics",in combination with the causes of the problems,the author puts forward four teaching strategies to cultivate students' oral expression ability through effective classroom teaching;In the classroom this particular field,through the teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction,equal cooperation,the efficient use of classroom teaching time,to achieve the predetermined short-term teaching objectives and students' lifelong development of the long-term teaching objectives.This kind of teaching thought is effective classroom teaching.The specific teaching strategies are as follows:First,update teachers' oral expression teaching idea,improve teachers' oral expression teaching ability.Teachers should be clear about the value orientation of the course of oral expression,raise the importance and awareness of the classroom teaching of oral expression,so as to improve their own teaching philosophy;By enriching teachers'oral expression teaching knowledge,teachers' oral expression ability,classroom management ability and organizational ability can be improved to improve teachers' oral expression teaching level.Second,improve the teaching content of oral expression.That is to elaborate the teaching objectives and implementation steps,to build a systematic course system of oral expression;In other types of classes,actively create opportunities to increase students'practical experience in oral expression.Third,create a good teaching environment,forming a relaxed and equal teaching atmosphere,encourage students to actively carry out personalized expression;Dare to let go,reflect the main position of students,and pay attention to the leading position of teachers,and give play to the role of teachers' demonstration,teaching,assisting and guiding and organizing and management.Fourth,combine the text and real life,create a real situation to carry on the oral expression course training.At the same time,a variety of training methods should be formed,not confined to a single form such as recitation and speech.
