At present,preschool education is the main subject of normal education in China's secondary vocational schools.The learning and development of secondary vocational normal students is closely related to their oral expression ability.According to the nature of the normal major and the development needs of teachers' career,secondary vocational normal students should not only have the ability of daily oral expression,but also have the superb oral teaching ability.As the reserve talents of the secondary vocational normal university students,their oral expression ability is not only the display of personal comprehensive quality,but also the main embodiment of mastering the qualified teaching skills.Strengthening the cultivation of oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students is conducive to promoting the formation of their language literacy,helping secondary vocational normal university students to improve their core competitiveness in future employment,and more conducive to improving the training quality of secondary vocational normal university students.On this basis,this paper through questionnaire survey,interview survey and classroom observation and other research methods from the following six parts: the first part,the research background of this paper,domestic and foreign literature research status,research ideas and methods are analyzed and discussed,for the following research.The second part explains the relevant core concepts and clarifies the relevant core concepts and theoretical basis of this study.The third part,mainly from the professional demand and professional development of secondary vocational normal university students two aspects,expounds the significance of the cultivation of oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students.The fourth part,through a variety of investigation methods,summed up the current situation and common problems of the oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students.The fifth part is the key part of this thesis.On the basis of investigation and problem analysis,this paper discusses the teaching strategies to improve the oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students.Firstly,improve the language quality of secondary vocational normal university students and enhance their inner cultural quality;Then,the author puts forward the improvement measures for the oral communication course to ensure the teaching quality.Secondly,under the teaching environment of "Internet + education",new media and other information means are used to enrich oral expression training.In addition,we should attach importance to the use of "second oral class" and carry out diversified teaching activities to improve the practicality of oral training.The sixth part,summary and prospect.This papermainly describes the research results and shortcomings of the research,put forward the research prospects.Based on the above six parts,this study discusses the current situation of the oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students,combines the group characteristics and professional needs of secondary vocational normal university students,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,so as to improve the oral expression ability of secondary vocational normal university students and realize their all-round development.
