The Status Quo Of The Idol Worship Of Junior Middle School Students And Its Influencing Factors

Idol worship is universal among junior high school students.The Times are constantly updated and the living environment is constantly changing,so the phenomenon of idol worship will keep developing.Positive idol worship has important guiding value and inspiring value for the growth of junior high school students.However,due to the particularity of adolescent physical and mental development of junior high school students and their immature and uncertain understanding of future life,the type,degree and characteristics of idol worship in the process of junior high school students' idol worship will affect their academic and physical and mental health development.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to systematically understand the status quo of idol worship among junior high school students,explore the main causes of this phenomenon,and think about the solutions to the problems.In order to make this research to the current situation of the comprehensive and profound reflection idol worship,this study will adopt a combination of qualitative and quantitative research method,650 students in three middle schools in Beijing as the research samples,through previous two aspects of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires,the data is collected and using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis.To understand the type,degree,characteristics and influencing factors of contemporary junior high school students' idol worship.The research results show that the idol of junior middle school students type more entertainment artists,artists,and worship of the politicians,thinkers and scientists are very few,the specific character of idol worship of Lu Xun and Lei Feng in the former,in recent years the little hero model character Nan Rendong,Huang Qun,productive,abstinence,elite idol worship is more likely to be junior high school students.The characteristics of idol worship of junior high school students are diversified and rational.Most of them choose idols with personality and contribution when they worship idols,and the degree of idol worship of most students only stays in the dimension of entertainment and social interaction,while a few students worship idols on the edge of pathology.Individual,family,school,peer group,mass media and other factors affect the phenomenon of idol worship.Moreover,the phenomenon of idol worship in junior high school has group differences among different genders,grades and grades.The results of this study suggest that in the face of the problems in idol worship among junior high school students,we should better combine idol worship with model education,spread the real spiritual value,enrich the spiritual world of junior high school students with cultural life,and cultivate them to set up correct life goals,ideals and realize the meaning of life.Teachers and parents should strengthen the positive guidance for junior high school students,help junior high school students "button the first button of life";On the basis of respecting the subject choice of contemporary junior high school students' idol worship,education should conduct an in-depth study on the self-cognitive style and aesthetic orientation of contemporary junior high school students.Meanwhile,when compiling textbooks for middle schools,it can increase the respect for current outstanding figures and outstanding deeds,introduce and publicize them,and cultivate a good social atmosphere of "respecting teachers and valuing morality".The mass media should correctly guide junior high school students,consciously undertake social responsibility,and spread positive values and outlook on life.
