Research On The Psychological Construction Of Community Workers From The Perspective Of Ecosystems Theory

Under the new era of “Establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests”,the importance of community governance has become increasingly prominent.Community governance requires specialized talents to promote.At the community level,it is mainly community workers.Therefore,the effectiveness of community workers directly affects the realization of community governance.This study mainly discusses the psychological construction project of community workers in D District.It is hoped that an empirical research will be carried out from the project.On the one hand,it will realize some research fields,on the other hand,it will try to propose a practice model for the psychological construction of community workers.The aim is to improve the psychological quality of community workers,help community workers to better carry out community work and promote better development of community governance.This study adopts the paradigm of case studies in qualitative research and collects data in three ways: observation method,interview method,and document data collection method.The article describes the case in detail according to the project background,project operation,and project effectiveness.Found that the project has the following advantages: the theory is chosen correctly,the service plan is designed in detail and can be flexibly adjusted during implementation,fully mobilize the power of experts and volunteers,and Play a celebrity effect.However,there are also some shortcomings,such as insufficient theoretical application,long service time period,and the assessment work is not rigorous enough.In the conclusion of the study,through further analysis of the research findings,the author puts forward a practice model of psychological construction of community workers.This model is guided by the Ecosystems Theory.In the operation,it focuses on social workers,multi-disciplinary forces,multi-system intervention,project operation,scientific assessment and other factors,and particularly emphasizes the importance of team protection and financial security.
