The purpose of this study is to explore the dual relationship of social workers,construct the coping model of social workers' dual relationship,and provide ideas for them to face the dual relationship.This study adopts the method of grounded theory in qualitative research to conduct semi-structured interviews with front-line social workers in an attempt to explore the understanding of the dual relationship of front-line social workers,and to sort out and excavate the situation and response of the dual relationship of workers from the back of their work experience.On the other hand,to further explore their coping mode of dual relationship.From the perspective of ethical relativism,based on the grounded theory,the author summarizes and forms five kinds of dual relationship: friendship,social workers' personal relationship,kinship-like relationship,money-related relationship,sex-related relationship and two types of coping behaviors: "avoiding destruction" and "transcending boundaries".Finally,the theory of dual relationship coping model of social workers is constructed to express the organic relationship between various concepts and provide a "blueprint for action" for social workers.The research results will help to respond to the needs of the development of social work practice,clarify the doubts and perplexities of social workers in the process of contacting the case owners,so as to enhance the social workers' ability to perceive and respond to the dual relationship.In addition,according to the research findings and thoughts in the research process,the author puts forward research suggestions for social workers,which are: focusing on the needs of the case owners,attaching importance to social work ethics,and " Oppose classics for good " to help social workers better handle the dual relationship in their work.
