In the campus recruitment,psychological evaluation gradually recognized by the enterprise,so more and more enterprises began to obtain a variety of evaluation to obtain the right employee.Enterprises should not only find ways to attract more outstanding graduates,more importantly,to screen out the development prospects of enterprises in line with the outstanding graduates,so personnel assessment in the enterprise school strokes is particularly important Personnel evaluation of the enterprise concerned not only the interviewer's job competency,as well as his work values and mental health.These qualities can be measured in advance through psychological assessment,and then through the interviewer to determine whether through or not.In this study,questionnaires were used to evaluate the competency,employee work value scale and knowledge worker mental health assessment questionnaire as the main research tools,In this study,730 graduates apply for Company K's R&D jobs as research subjects,mainly on the relations competency college students,work values and Mental Health and interview scores,and regression model.The study concluded that:(1)School enrollment's ability to innovate at a low level,the quality of the remaining competencies in the high level.School enrollment overall work values in all dimensions,the most important thing is security,followed by colleagues,and finally a comfortable life.School enrollment overall mental health level is relatively high.(2)There are some differences in the working values and mental health of the school enrollment.There are significant differences in the safety and traditional dimensions of the school students' values in different educational backgrounds.The mental health of school admissions with different diplomas has significant differences under harsh and forced dimensions.(3)School admissions interview scores were significantly positively correlated with competency in addition to the analysis capabilities of each dimension in the work of Values,economic,comfortable life and the recognition and interview scores were significantly negatively correlated,power and challenges and interview scores were positively correlated.Depression,anxiety,anti-traditional,sensitive,suspicious,over-emotional and harsh forced significantly negatively correlated with interview ratings,and over-dimension performance significantly positively correlated with the interview score.(4)Communication ability,innovation ability and team cooperation to the interview score is a certain positive predictive force,depression and anti-traditional to interview score has a certain negative predictive power.
