A Study On The Cohesion Of The Content Of Education On The Rule Of Law In Ideological And Political Theory Course Of Junior And Senior High Schools ——Text Analysis Based On Unified Textbooks

With the advance of the law-based governance in all respects,education on the rule of law,which is a significant part of the coordinative project of ideological and political theory courses,should be promoted as a whole to achieve effective cohesion.As the middle link of the whole learning chain,the cohesion of junior and senior high schools has a profound impact on the effectiveness of education on the rule of law.Ideological and political theory course textbooks,as an important carrier,visually and effectively present the cohesion of current content of education on the rule of law.Thus,it is vital to take ideological and political theory courses textbooks as the starting point,focus on the two sections of secondary school,and analyze the cohesion of the substance of education on the rule of law,which is essential to coordinate the design of ideological and political theory courses.Based on two sections of secondary school,relying on the ideological and political theory courses textbooks,centering on the theme of education on the rule of law,this paper studies the cohesion of the two sections in four parts by literature research and text analysis method.First of all,combining with the connotation and cohesion requirements of education on the rule of law,this paper discusses the theoretical support and realistic needs of that pertinently.Then,the textbooks are analyzed from compilation basis,text content and organizational structure.Focusing on the cohesion analysis of text content,the analytical framework is built based on the two core concepts of power and right,and quantitative research and qualitative analysis are conducted.Based on it,a comprehensive comment of the cohesion between the education on the rule of law content of the two sections in current ideological and political theory course textbooks is formed.It found that the substance of education on the rule of law has run through the junior and senior high schools,with different emphasis in content and from near to far in compilation,and has achieved significant results.Meanwhile,there are still some problems.Such as the integration design of curriculum standards needs to be improved,the cohesion of teaching materials needs to be improved,and the integration of organizational structure needs to be strengthened.As a result,it is essential to adhere to the principles of unity of integrity and hierarchy,unity of stage and coherence,and unity of gradual progress and adaptation and transcendence,and explore the optimization path from the aspects of top-level design,compilation and revision,team building,institutional guarantee and scientific research support.
