With the aging of population,the gradual disappearance of demographic dividend and the bottom of pension fund in recent years,the current retirement system in China has been unable to meet the needs of policy management.In the past studies on the policy of delayed retirement,most of them tended to study the influencing factors of delayed retirement intention in the general scope of employees and urban residents,while few studies focused on the influencing factors of delayed retirement intention of University teachers.Therefore,this paper takes university teachers in Guangxi as the research object,collates 430,000 words of interview records through field research and interviews,aims to understand the current situation of University teachers’understanding of the delayed retirement policy and their basic attitude towards the implementation of the policy,uses grounded theory to design the analysis framework of influencing factors of delayed retirement intention,and then collects the influencing factors of delayed retirement intention through 29 literatures.Based on the correlation analysis of the data content of the questionnaire and the theory of citizen participation,bounded rationality and human capital,the influencing factors of University teachers’willingness to delay retirement are analyzed.The results show that the main positive factors affecting university teachers’willingness to delay retirement are:job level(title and position),the number of family monthly consumption,and the size of family population(parents and parents of children and couples).The main negative factors affecting the willingness of university teachers to delay retirement are average working hours and gender.Among the four categories of factors,work factors are more significant for University teachers’willingness to delay retirement.Personal factors and family factors are closely related to university teachers’ willingness to delay retirement.Wages and pension policies in public policy factors,prediction of policy impact(employment,society,family,individual),and degree of policy concern(public attitude and understanding)are closely related to university teachers’willingness to delay retirement.Teachers’ willingness to delay retirement has the most significant impact,and the group of university teachers generally tend to accept the policy of delayed retirement.Finally,the core matrix network of policies based on personal and family factors,which is mainly composed of delayed retirement and supplemented by public policies such as pension,medical treatment and household management,is conducive to promoting university teachers to choose delayed retirement on their own initiative,and is more conducive to the smooth implementation of the delayed retirement policy.
