Population aging is the trend of human social development because all countries are faced with the problem of population aging.To tackle the problem,all countries tend to raise the retirement age,that is,to delay the retirement age.China put forward to build the system of progressive raise of retirement age in 2013,which had aroused much heated discussion from all walks of life including the medical personnel of medical and health institutions.Against the backdrop of the reform of the national medical and health system,how to make medical personnel put the delay of retirement age into perspective plays an important role in reforming the China's medical and health services,in coping with the burden of providing for the aged resulting from the population aging and in the allocation of human resources and in other aspects.The paper focuses on the research on response,attitude and choice of medical personnel about the delayed retirement,and makes a detailed analysis of the factors affecting their willingness to delay their retirement age,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to make a feasible reference for the formulation of the policy about delayed retirement of medical personnel.The paper,by virtue of the method combination of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and comparative research,refers to the current situation of the domestic and foreign researches and takes the medical personnel of Dalian S Hospital as the survey object to understand the attitude of medical personnel towards the delayed retirement through the questionnaire survey.SPSS software is employed for data processing.Through the descriptive analysis,different attitudes of different types of people towards the delay of retirement age are obtained,and the influencing factors are analyzed in combination with the relevant theories,and the countermeasures are put forward.The research shows that in the context of population aging,China should strengthen the policy advocacy,do a good job of system convergence,improve the social insurance system,improve the incentive of pension,adjust the employment policy,step up the job satisfaction,implement the flexible plans to extend the retirement period according to different situations,perfect the remunerations system of employees,and promote the reform of the pension system to delay medical personnel's retirement age in a positive way.
