With the development of mobile technology and the reduction of the cost of mobile devices,the exploration and practice of the application of mobile technology in the field of education and learning has become increasingly popular.It comes to school education,at the same time more and more parents are also trying to use mobile devices such as handheld devices as a new way for students to expand their learning.The handheld device give an open channel of huge information sources for students,enjoy the convenience of access to knowledge,but at the same time,the network trek,game addiction and other negative case are also common occurrences,and for maturity has not been formed,the lack of strong selfmanagement ability of youth group,in this kind of negative habits may be bigger and deeper concerns.However,because parents have differences in their cognitive level and application skills,they have hardly received training on the topic of “Digital Parenting”,which has led many parents to use the banned method simply and rudely.The handheld device is isolated from the student's learning and life as much as possible,and the negative impact of the handheld device has never been reduced by properly guiding.Based on the above problems,this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,to understand the current primary school students handheld devices in the family use and the existing problems,and analysis it is concluded that the student's handheld devices with the relationship between parental behavior,cognition,at the same time,through to discuss the relationship between the two,summarize the primary school improvement strategy of handheld devices used in the family,the specific conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the use of handheld devices in the home by primary school students is not as bad as we thought,but there are still many problems.In primary school,parents are more cautious about the use of children's handheld devices,and the control of children is more strict.Most students use the handheld devices in terms of duration,use,frequency and so on.However,in the absence of supervision,many students will also become dependent and addicted;when using handheld devices,they are susceptible to advertising,APP message push and other information,and will not consciously do things that are not related to learning.Secondly,There is no correlation between the student's gender,grade,grade,location,and class using handheld devices for regular teaching and student handheld device use;parental guidance behavior,handheld device usage behavior,and their own technical application capabilities and student handheld device usage positive correlation.There was a negative correlation between parents' concerns and the use of handheld devices as a form of reward and students' handheld devices.In primary school,parents are cautious about the use of handheld devices,there are many control and intervention behaviors.In addition,the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually narrowed due to social development.As a result,demographic variables such as gender and grade have nothing to do with the use of handheld devices by students.However,parents' guidance and their own use of handheld devices play a guiding and exemplary role in children's use of handheld devices.Correct guidance can reduce the negative impact of handheld devices.In addition,parents' excessive concerns about handheld devices will have a negative impact on the use of handheld devices.Of course,there is no causal relationship between the two,and there may be too many problems with the use of handheld devices.This also requires follow-up research.Thirdly,based on the current problems of elementary school students handheld devices used in the family,the cognition of parents,behavior,technology application ability,etc,with the students and the relationship between using handheld devices,attitude and behavior from parents,these three aspects to digital citizenship literacy pupil handheld devices use improvement strategy is put forward.
