Research On The Impact Of The Integration Of Innovation Entrepreneurship Education With Professional Education On The Employability Of College Students

The gross enrollment rate of higher education in China has reached 48.1% in 2019,and the ministry of education announced that China now has the largest higher education system in the world.The national bureau of statistics data show that China's recent college graduates in 2014 from 7 million to 2019 in 8.34 million,the increase in the number of college graduates of college students' employment problems highlighted increasingly,the solution of the problem of employment is not only closely related to the interests of the college students themselves,for the healthy development of the social stability and economic are of great significance.Therefore,in the context of 2020 innovative national construction strategy,actively explore innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education of organic integration,efforts to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship with high-quality professional talents,is our country's higher education to deepen reform,local colleges and universities of connotation development,the only way for university students' employment problem is resolved.In order to explore the inherent logic relationship between the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education and the employability of college students.Firstly,through connotation analysis of relevant concepts,scientific definition of college students' employability structure,and improvement of the theoretical basis for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,the corresponding theoretical model is constructed.Then,by referring to the previous studies and combining the characteristics of this study,the questionnaire was designed,and good reliability and validity test results were obtained.Finally,the data collected from the questionnaire survey are used as research samples,and the logical relationship between the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education and the employability of college students is tested by empirical research methods such as factor analysis.The results show that :(1)education level and family location have significant influence on all variables.Undergraduate students' innovation and entrepreneurship education,professional innovation ability and self-management ability are slightly higher than those of junior college students.The communication and coordination ability of urban college students is slightly higher than that of rural college students.(2)innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education have a positive and significant impact on college students' employability.That is to say,the better innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in colleges and universities are conducted,the more obvious the effect is on college students' employability cultivation.(3)the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education has a positive and significant impact on college students' employability,and has the employability training effect of "1+1>2".The main contributions of this paper are as follows :(1)it enriches the theoretical research on the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.(2)a model of employability cultivation of college students under the background of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is constructed.(3)provide new impetus for the cultivation of high-quality professionals with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.Optimization of talent training plan for colleges and universities put forward reasonable Suggestions,implement innovative depth integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education,help students to improve employment ability,ultimately for the society can foster a large number of professional innovation,technology entrepreneurial ethos connoted talent(4)for the connotation development of colleges and universities and higher education to deepen reform provides new train of thought.As existing in the teaching idea of backward,conservative of talent cultivation mode,the problems such as insufficient practice platform building,puts forward relevant Suggestions,to promote the organic integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education,not only can alleviate the social economic development and change of The Times the situation caused by the weakness of the development of the connotation of the local colleges and universities,also can solve the contradiction between scale expansion and the connotation development of local institutions to provide beneficial reference for the successful transformation of colleges and universities development.
