| Under the background of the strategy of building an innovative country in 2020,colleges and universities have increasingly urgent requirements for deepening the reform of higher education and cultivating high-quality talents with both innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.College students also hope to get rid of the“ difficult employment ” problem as soon as possible.Entrepreneurship education is an important part of higher education.The development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is crucial to the optimization of college students’ knowledge structure.At the same time,it plays a positive role in improving college students’ comprehensive quality and changing their employment concept.Therefore,it is urgent to start from the current situation and trend of overall employment in Shanxi Province,and deeply explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education in undergraduate colleges and universities in Shanxi Province on college students’ employability,so as to further enhance the role of entrepreneurship education in undergraduate colleges and universities in Shanxi Province in promoting college students’ employment,and provide new ideas for colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to better carry out teaching reform and personnel training mode reform,and better improve college students’ employability through entrepreneurship education.Based on the human capital theory,self-determination theory and social constructivism motivation theory,this study creatively constructs the relationship model between entrepreneurship education,learning motivation,learning investment and employability.Taking college students in Shanxi Province as the research object,this study uses 314 valid questionnaires to conduct empirical analysis,and explores the mechanism of entrepreneurship education on employability.The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive predictive effect on college students’ employability.Learning motivation and learning engagement not only play a separate intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and college students’ employability,but also constitute a chain intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and college students’ employability.This study explores the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on college students’ employability from the perspective of learning process,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The innovation of this study lies in : Firstly,in order to explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on college students’ employability,this study constructs a chain intermediary relationship model between entrepreneurship education,learning motivation,learning investment and employability,and carries out a single intermediary effect and chain intermediary effect test,trying to enrich the empirical research results of entrepreneurship education on college students’ employability in academia,and provides a new perspective for the research of college students’ employability;secondly,it creatively puts forward relevant strategies on how to focus on entrepreneurship education,so as to improve the employability of college students,and provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of employability of college students or the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the future. |
