Competition in the twenty-first century is the competition of talents.Youth is the future of the country,and it is related to the future and destiny of the country.Community is an important place for teenagers to take part in activities.Because of double rest,winter and summer holidays and national festivals,teenagers' spare time accounts for half of the year.With the advent of the wave of knowledge,the safety and education of teenagers have gradually become the focus of attention.Through community education and participation in social practice,adolescents can understand society and learn from society.Through the trinity of school,community and family,division of labor and cooperation,and joint construction and sharing,adolescents can grow healthily under the common care of all parties.At present,China's youth community education is still in the exploratory stage,there are still many problems,the concept is not mature,the system is not perfect.During the period from September 2017 to November 2018,through visiting the community,listening to the introduction of the person in charge of community education,consulting relevant materials and documents,participating in community recall,the author made a detailed understanding of the characteristics,current situation,achievements and problems of community education for adolescents through interviews and questionnaires.Based on the questionnaire data,the author believes that there are the following problems in this area:(1)Youth and parents have insufficient awareness of community education,and their frequency of participation in community activities is not high.It is generally believed that community education is not very helpful to children.(2)The main body of community education management for adolescents is not clear,the government is in charge,the responsibilities of community committees are not clear,and there is a lack of evaluation and evaluation mechanism.(3)The curriculum content of community education activities is relatively single,mainly based on after-school counseling,and the curriculum design is unreasonable.It is only an extension of school education.(4)The development of community education venues and resources is insufficient,and the"fence"of schools and communities has not been broken.(5)The community lacks high-quality professionals,high-level talents are scarce,and the volunteer team is unstable.These problems have greatly hindered the development of community education for teenagers in medical high-tech zones.Using the experience of other countries for reference,this paper analyses the causes of the problems.The fundamental reason is the lack of awareness and attention.At the same time,political,economic,social and technological constraints are also important factors restricting the development.According to the attribution analysis,the author puts forward the adjustment strategy for the youth community education in the medical high-tech zone.(1)Optimizing the policy system and building a service government;(2)realizing the integration of resources and building education bases;(3)promoting government purchases to ensure funding input;(4)strengthening publicity and guidance to enhance participation and recognition;(5)strengthening personnel training and training;and(6)enriching curriculum content and creating characteristic courses.With the change of national policy and policy,there are many new problems and challenges in community education for adolescents.We should make clear the orientation of community education for adolescents,make efforts to combine the forces of government,non-governmental organizations,resident units and community residents,improve the mechanism,meet the challenges and seek new breakthroughs and directions in practice.
