The Youth Space has set up a professionalteam and the space owns6380registered members,238projects and serves nearly50000young people, bringing fantastic social influence.Based on the theory of Chinese government public satisfaction evaluation model,the research studys on public satisfaction index about adolescent education in citycommunities by perceived quality, perceived value, public expectation, publiccomplaint, public confidence and overall satisfaction. In order to get the truth, we havechoosen four kinds of people who have close relation with the youth space to inquiry.Get the data subtotal, analyze it by the software SPSS19.0and learn it by the way ofrelevance analysis, variance analysis and frequency analysis. During the investigation,we have learned that our government has paid much attention on adolescent educationin city communities, the youth space introduced from Hong Kong has gotten receptionby the youth. It is clear that there are difficulties in popularizing adolescent education incommunities, for example, some government sectors don’t attach enough importance toit; The attraction from adolescent education getting in community is far from enoughbecause of the banality of it; Some adolescent education don’t have specific characters,even mixed up with the extracurricular activities; The use of new medias is not enough,etc. Integrate scores with personality, integrate efficiency with fair, integrate independent development with government regulation and integrate internal motivationwith public supervision are the four ways to upgrade satisfaction and to offerhigh-standard services.
