Practical Research On The Intervention Of Group Work In The Construction Of Safety Ability Of Migrant Children

With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the city's adsorption capacity has increased,resulting in a sharp rise in the size of the urban floating population.At present,the total number of migrants in the country is about 245 million,of which 14 are migrant children per 100 children.The security issue is one of the important problems faced by migrant children in their growth.The occurrence of mobile child safety accidents not only brings great harm to migrant children and their families,but also has a negative impact on society.The A project that the author participated in is mainly in the P street of the floating population gathering place in Shenzhen.The mobile children whose household registration is not in Shenzhen serve as a service object,helping them to strengthen their own safety capacity building and establish an energy circle for mobile children's self-protection.This paper conducts a practical study based on the intervention of the group work in the mobility of children.The questionnaire survey method and the unstructured interview method are the main research methods.Through the literature review and practical investigation of the safety of migrant children,the current situation of the safety ability of migrant children participating in the service,the situation of migrant children's family,the school and community safety education are analyzed,and the children's own safety capacity is insufficient,family and society are obtained.Inadequate safety education is the main reason for the lack of safety capacity of migrant children.Based on Maslow's hierarchy theory,the practical service maximizes the enthusiasm of migrant children through safe small experiments,security scenarios,security games,and safe small theaters.And rethinking dangerous behaviors,thereby improving the construction of migrant children's own safety capabilities.After the end of the group activities,the author evaluated the construction of mobile children's safety capacity.The evaluation results show that the team's work involved in the construction of mobile children's safety capacity has certain feasibility and effectiveness,and the expected goals are basically achieved.Migrant childrenhave mastered basic self-protection methods,improved their self-protection awareness,and enhanced their self-protection ability.While analyzing the effectiveness of the team's work,it also reflects on the deficiencies in the practical process.It is necessary to further enhance its practical ability and be more skilled in using the professional methods of social work to improve the safety of migrant children.
