| With the development of urbanization and industrialization, a lot of people from rural areas come into cities for the employment, and the number of migrand children is increasing.Because of the economic and household register effect, most of them face security, health and education problems, in which the education problems is more prominent.The school-age migrant children in the cities can not receive good education, leds to the lack of some abilities, which eventually led them have difficulties to adapt to life of the city.In this paper, using practical research, literature, participant observation,interviews and other research methods, combined with the pratical experience in Guizhou Province, the S School of Social Work Service(ISS),analyzes the reason why the migrant children have ability problems, involving the group work into the enhance of the ablities of migrant children, and through group activities evaluate performance of them, finally gives suggestions to how to solve the problems that they face. Through the investigation, the author found that, S school studentes,migrant children have problems like:lower learning ability, poor interpersonal communication skills,summarize ability and lack of confidence.In view of this situation, the writer has carried out six group activities for migrant children. Reviewing from the effects of the group activities carried out, they have positive significance for the migrant children in terms of capacity building. At last, the author proposes the rational allocation of educational resources, and improving the relevant countermeasures compulsory education; public schools as the main entrance channel for the education,at the same time, vigorously supporting the development of private schools; solving "after middle school education" problem,and the helping of the social work system for the migrant children these four and other suggestions, hoping to provide a reference to the solving of problems for the migrant children. |
