Research On The Current Situation Of College Students' Interpersonal Relations And Educational Strategirs

With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,college students have encountered a variety of problems in social and campus life.All human activities are inseparable from interpersonal relationships.Contemporary college students are in a period of development.College students are preparing for entering society.They lack correct values,outlook on life and world outlook,the ability of social experience and handling interpersonal problems,many college students in interpersonal relationships,due to lack of experience and correct judgment,cannot deal with interpersonal problems,may cause physical and mental injury.Before entering society College students are as an important group to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream,If college students establish good interpersonal relationships,It could not only be beneficial to the healthy development of physical and mental,but also laid a solid foundation before entering society basics.Starting from the current situation of College Students' interpersonal relationship,this paper analyses the factors affecting college students' unhealthy interpersonal relationship by means of questionnaires and comprehensive literature analysis.It also analyses the causes of College Students' unhealthy interpersonal relationship from the aspects of social environment,school,family life and individuals.At the same time,combining ideological and political education perspective to give appropriate educational countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to let every university have its own healthy interpersonal relationship.Students should establish a correct outlook on life and recognize the importance of interpersonal relationships so as to establish good interpersonal relationships.
