The Study Of Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Vocational College Students' Relationship

Since old times, Chinese people had advocated"harmony", which is mainly used in dealing with various personal relationships. Confucius said: the gentleman aims at harmony and not uniformity; Mencius also said: Opportunities vouchsafed by Heaven are less important than terrestrial advantages, which in turn are less important than the unity among people .we can see,"harmony"is not only the main ethical though in ancient but also an important characteristics of traditional Chinese culture and valuable heritage. As the Chinese traditional culture Confucianism played a positive role, especially the idea of"benevolence, justice, politeness, intelligence and trust"is the basic norms of dealing with interpersonal relationships; it can provide a wealth of inspiration and reference in building a socialist harmonious society of today. Harmonious socialist society is a kind of humankind society that Marxist political parties continued to pursue.Harmonious society requires harmonious interpersonal relationships. To build a socialist harmonious society, one of the nine objectives of the Sixth Plenary Session of CCP is:"to promote the whole nation's ideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities and health quality, and to form a moral atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal relationships."As the pride of time, the young college students are the future and hope of our motherland and the builder and Promoter of our nation. Their relationship is an important component of social interpersonal relationships, which related to the smooth realization of a harmonious society. With the universality of all the college students, vocational students also have its particularity. Therefore, higher vocational colleges to promote the university students' forming harmonious human relationship is studied and discussed the countermeasures, is not only of theoretical significance, and has more practical meaning.In this paper, I take the students of Hebei Vocational College of Technical and Building Material for example, making surveys to find out where the problem lies, and analysis the main factor, at last to find out solutions rational and well grounded. This article includes introduction, body and conclusion, and it is divided into six parts:First is the preface section:This part is the introduction as the beginning of the whole paper. It mainly contains four issues: First, raising the question and its valuable meaning; second, study of the question in and abroad; third focus, difficulties and innovations of this study; fourth, the main method used in the study process.Then the paper's main body is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the definition and meaning of college students'harmonious interpersonal relationship. This part gives the definition of personal relationship, harmonious personal relationship, and college students'personal relationship. It shows the significance of harmonious interpersonal relationships in the way of socialization and mental health.The second chapter gives an introduction of the current college student's relationships. This chapter will make a systematic classification of interpersonal relationships of college students, and focused on the students who born after 1980 and 1990. The characteristics of interpersonal relationships of college students today are summarized in details.The third chapter is interpersonal problems in today's college students and influencing factors. Taking the students of Hebei vocational college of technical and building material for example, this part conducts research and summarized the problems and the impacts that exist in the course of college students'interpersonal relations through various channels. There are four main factors of harmonious interpersonal relations in today's college students that is: social factors, family factors, school environment factors and the individual factors.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to promote harmonious interpersonal relationships of current vocational college students. According to the questions and four factors analyzed in chapterⅢ, the effective strategy to solve the problem is given in this part.Finally, in conclusion further points out that: in today's college students in higher vocational colleges of harmonious human relationship research and countermeasures of the paper is of significance has long-term, could not overnight, it still need people in different period, according to the different conditions give constant attention and further research.
