Since the implementation of the universal two-child policy in 2016,some families have chosen to have a second child, and the care problems after the birth of children have made women, especially professional women, under unprecedented pressure. The population of young children is a huge human resource of the future society,an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the future society, and more importantly, the wealth of the whole society. As mothers of young children, professional women are facing more and more difficulties in their dual roles. The society has higher and higher standards and requirements for mothers, and professional women are facing more and more intense conflicts between work and family. This paper adopts the research method of combining quantitative and qualitative methods.Based on the qualitative method as the main method.6 professional women of childbearing age were selected as the interviewees for in-depth interviews.Supplemented by quantitative methods, judgment sampling and snowball sampling were adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on 231 working women's working conditions, child care, demand for childcare services and social support, and this two methods are the supplement of data analysis. The study found:(1)On the current situation of child care, first of all, professional women don't have enough time to pay attention to childcare and need the support from the family and the outside world;secondly,in terms of care content,it contains trivial aspects, including daily, education and emotion;thirdly,in terms of the way of care, intergenerational care is no longer the most important way to take care of children aged 0-3.Most professional women can only rely on themselves to solve this problem. When they and their grandparents don't have the right time to take care of children, they have formed the demand for public childcare services; At last,in terms of the intensity of care, the intensity of child care is increasing.Although some fathers can help professional women to share the pressure of childcare, most of them still can not do so,and the father duty participation rate is low.As a result, professional women are facing conflicts between multiple roles in childcare and work-family conflicts.(2)In terms of social support about professional women's child care, when faced with difficulties, professional women will seek government support, communitysupport, unit support, family support, friends relatives support and self-regulation.However,the support effect in these aspects is sometimes not significant.Insufficient policy support, lack of community support programs, random support for units, limited family support resources, and inadequate support for relatives and friends have made it necessary for professional women to take self-support as the main body, and there is an obvious insufficient on the construction of professional women's care social support system.Based on the findings of the survey, this paper proposes the following recommendations for the current situation of child care for professional women and the status quo of social support:(1)Improve laws and regulations, improve family policy, birth policy and child care policy;(2)Community should actively provide roles guiding services, exploring community child care services, and alleviate conflicts between working women and working families;(3)Enterprises should implement flexible working systems in a planned manner, and start a business care center;(4)Men should assume family responsibilities consciously, and both husband and wife should work hard to create a warm family environment;(5)Strive to build a harmonious neighborhood.Gradually establish a social support system for professional women and young children with government-led,community-relied on,enterprise-main body,family-based,and neighborhood-supplemented.
