With the deepening of modern teaching concept,educators and researchers pay more and more attention to the research of teaching methods and methods.As a new teaching method,experiential teaching has been carried out by educators and researchers because of its own advantages and characteristics.The experiential teaching accords with the teaching idea of taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading body advocated by modern teaching,which is helpful to cultivate students' ability of independent thinking and autonomous learning.This article combines the author's own education practice experience,uses the literature research method,the observation method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on the research.This paper focuses on the application of experiential teaching in the course teaching of management foundation in secondary vocational schools.First,the theory of experiential teaching is studied,and the theoretical basis,concept,characteristics and teaching mode of experiential teaching are discussed from the theoretical research.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of experiential teaching in the teaching of "management foundation" in secondary vocational school,and makes a comparative analysis from the current teaching situation of"management foundation" course in secondary vocational school and between traditional teaching and experiential teaching.It can be seen that the application of experiential teaching in the course of "management foundation" in secondary vocational school is feasible,and it is beneficial to realize the educational goal of secondary vocational school,to conform to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and to improve students' comprehensive management ability.Third,the author designs the experiential teaching mode of the course "Management Foundation" in secondary vocational school,and carries on the research design from three aspects:the basic information of the course,the course design and the course evaluation.Fourth,design the experiential project of"management foundation" in secondary vocational school,and present the implementation process of experiential teaching through the practice of individual cases.
