| The rapid development of educational informationization has promoted the reformation and innovation of teaching mode,secondary vocational education is an important foundation for the characteristically modern vocational education system construction in China,promoting teaching reform in secondary vocational schools has aroused great attention from all sectors of society.PAD is a new local teaching mode which fully integrated lecture-style teaching method and discussion teaching method,in recent years,PAD has received good feedback after practice in each education stage,accords with the teaching reform of vocational education in China.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire method、interview method and Classroom observation to investigate the teaching situation of “Economics Foundation” course in Secondary Vocational School,upon investigation it was found that secondary vocational students’ learning initiative is not strong、teaching method is more traditional and unitary、performance appraisal way is unreasonable etc.,analyze the necessity and feasibility of PAD practice.On the base of teaching situation investigation,according to the principles of procedural、horizontal suitability、learner facilitation and social interaction,design PAD teaching mode for “Economics Foundation” Course in pre-class preparation、 in-class implementation and after-class feedback three stages,and take “ comprehend enterprise market competition strategy ” as an example design specific implementation process.Afterwards,practice PAD teaching mode for “Economics Foundation” Course,through Classroom observation、questionnaire and teacher interview three methods to verify the practical application effect of the mode,draw research conclusions.The results of practical research show that: Practices PAD teaching mode in “Economics Foundation” Course has acquired preferably teaching result,conforms to the reform trend of secondary vocational education,and has fine applicability.From every point of view,First,PAD teaching mode gives more play to the students’ subjectivity,enhances the learning initiative and enthusiasm of secondary vocational students,and improves their learning confidence and achievability.Second,PAD teaching mode can effectively strengthen students’ mastery and transfer of knowledge points,improve students’ learning interest.Third,PAD teaching mode promotes the comprehensive ability and quality of secondary vocational students,such as independent learning、team working、communicating、problem analysis、problem solving and innovative thinking.Fourth,PAD teaching mode optimizes the classroom communication and interaction manner,increased the dialogue mechanism between students and teachers,forms a preferable teaching ecology,benefits teachers as well as students. |
