Research On The Balanced Development Of Primary Compulsory Schooling Of In Urban And Rural Areas In County Of Hebei Province

China has long been committed to the popularizaton of compulsory nine-year schooling,but in the main,the popularization and the equlity of compulsory education is not high,which has become a focus of public concern,especially the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.In 2010,“the outline planning national long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)”put forward by 2020,a the basic realization of specaific goals within the region balanced development”.Through the investigation in balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas about the primary school of Q county,the prevent writer find that the problems are mainly reflected in four aspects:the gap of teaching facilities and level,the conditions for running a school,the financial investment and the education equality between urban areas and rurals.Through careful research will find that the balanced develpoment of compulsory education in urban and rural areas about the primary school of Q county has been restrcited by the urban-rural dual system,the financial system of compulsory education and public policies.Throught the reality of Q county,the paper puts forward the corresponding advices,which correponds with the former parts.Those advices include developing the rural economics,allocating education rescources rationally and improving the level of teachers in order to narrow disparities between the urban and areas about the promary school of Q county and enhance compulsory education quality.
