The thesis,we studied the application of toys in junior high school physics teaching and developed a series of toys that junior high school students like with the purpose of cultivating students' scientific literacy,using constructivist learning theory,multiple intelligences theory,Dewey's “learning by doing” theory and compulsory education physics curriculum standards,closely combining junior high school physics teaching content and means of literature research,theoretical analysis,empirical research,action research,etc.The main contents of each part are as follows:The first part,starting from the current situation of education,is introduction,which elaborated the practical significance of using toys in physics classroom teaching and introduced the specific research contents and methods of this thesis.The second part is research overview,which defined the concept of educational toys by discussing the research results of toy teaching at home and abroad.The third part is theoretical basis and application principles,which putted forward the theoretical basis and application principles of toys in physics teaching.The fourth part is application of Toys in Junior Physics Teaching,which classified junior high school physics knowledge of toys from the sound,light,force,heat,and electromagnetism based on the educational function of toys.In theory,this thesis discussed the application of toys in new lessons,experimental lessons and review lessons,and creatively designed a series of teaching micro-cases by using toys in these lessons.The fifth part is practical research on the application of toys in junior high school physics classroom,which focused on the center of cultivating and developing students' scientific literacy,designed nine kinds of self-made toys innovatively and two teaching design cases with self-made toys.Then,the teaching practice was carried out by using the designed teaching case in the junior high school physics classroom.Finally,this thesis demonstrated the practical significance of toys in junior high school physics teaching through questionnaires and interviews,In this thesis,we have done some innovative works in the following:(1)We developed the junior middle school physics teaching function of more than 30 kinds of toys that their students like.Among them,the representative toys are "suspended gyroscope,three-color light screen",which aim to cultivate junior middle school students' scientific literacy,experience and learn relevant physics knowledge in the process of playing with toys.And combining the age characteristics of junior middle school students and junior middle school physics teaching,we designed nine kinds of self-made toys which are popular with junior high school students.Among them,the representative toys are "Electric Snow,Electric Quick Rod".Their common characteristics are interesting,fun and full of physical education significance.Meanwhile,we also designed a series of micro-cases with good teaching effect by using some toys as carriers.(2)Focusing on the purpose of cultivating students' scientific literacy,two innovative teaching cases were designed by using toys that students like.Among these teaching cases,we constructed a series of relaxing and interesting teaching activities to conduct students to understand wonderful physical phenomenon and explore the physical knowledge related to toys in the activity experience.And it was found that these teaching cases have good educational functions in cultivating students' scientific literacy through educational practice.
