With the increasingly fierce international competition,the scientific literacy of citizens has become one of the important factors affecting the overall national strength of a country.It can be seen that the comprehensive national strength of the country is closely related to the scientific literacy of citizens.Compared with developed countries in the world,the scientific literacy of our citizens is still relatively low.Therefore,in the wave of education reform in China,more and more attention is paid to the cultivation of scientific literacy."Compulsory Education Physics Curriculum Standards"(2011 edition)clearly stated that in the compulsory education stage,the physics curriculum should aim to improve the scientific literacy of all students.Situation teaching,as one of the important directions of the current curriculum teaching reform,provides an important means for cultivating students' physical science literacy.The author focuses on scientific literacy and situational teaching,adopts literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and case analysis methods,etc.,to develop how to use situational teaching to cultivate students' scientific literacy and how to create teaching situations under the scientific literacy theory the study.The author first defines the concepts of scientific literacy,situation,and situational teaching,and expounds constructivist theory,situational cognitive theory,and humanistic learning theory.Through a questionnaire survey on students,we understand the current status of cultivating students' scientific literacy and situational teaching in the junior middle school physics classroom.Based on theoretical research and survey analysis,the principles for cultivating scientific literacy in junior middle school physics situation teaching are put forward,and the following teaching strategies are proposed:(1)cultivating students 'scientific literacy by creating life situations;(2)cultivating students' scientific literacy by creating experimental situations;(3)Cultivate students' scientific literacy by creating problem situations;(4)Cultivate students' scientific literacy by creating a historical context;and explain in detail using micro-cases.Two cases of physics situation teaching in junior middle school based on scientific literacy were designed: "the generation and dissemination of sound" and "Newton's first law",and practical teaching was carried out in the internship process.Teaching feedback showed that situation teaching is to cultivate students' scientific literacy One of the effective ways.Finally,the research results of this subject are summarized and reflected,and prospects and suggestions are put forward on how to implement the cultivation of scientific literacy and how to implement situational teaching in physics classroom teaching in junior high schools.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Through the education survey,a questionnaire for junior middle school physics situation teaching based on scientific literacy was compiled,which summarized a series of problems commonly found in junior middle school physics situation teaching;(2)The principles and teaching strategies that should be followed in cultivating students' scientific literacy in physics teaching in junior high school are proposed.(3)Developed two case teaching cases with excellent teaching effect of "Sound Generation and Spreading" and "Newton's First Law" for the purpose of cultivating students' scientific literacy,and conducted in-depth analysis of these two cases.
