Of the People's Republic of China on the second national youth games will be held in2019,the current related event venue construction and improve the work has been basically ended,and some pavilion has entered the early commissioning stage of the competition,from this perspective,the "second youth society" stadium post-match use problem cannot from venue construction site selection,design level a year earlier,after the use of the key should be combined with the existing venues,transportation,geographical,economic,consumer and so on many factors on the competition venues using problems after a forward-looking research and planning,The advantages and disadvantages of some stadiums in the development and utilization are analyzed in advance,and then the problems that should be paid attention to in the post-competition utilization are designed according to the advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,this study in fully understand the current "green" the subordination of one large venues,staffing,funding status,and so on and so forth,find out the existing problems and the insufficiency,further defined the venue after the game using the advantages of and could face problems,explore "the second youth society" stadium after the match the optimization tactics of the development and utilization,construct "the second youth society" stadium post-match ideal model of development and utilization,in order to further increase the second green will stadium racers use efficiency.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this study carried out a prospective study on the post-competition utilization of the "second youth league" stadium in taiyuan city in 2019,and reached the following conclusions:(1)"Green" supply 58 stadiums,16 new venues,existing venues have 42,the proportion is relatively reasonable,and some major major venues have chose has relatively perfect existing venues,so new venues need money is relatively low.(2)The internal advantages of the "second youth league" stadium after the competition are as follows: the stadium facilities are equipped with sufficient facilities,various types,various subordinate relationships of the stadium,rich management forms,and strong particularity of most venues,and the unique advantages of post-competition development are obvious.(3)"The second youth society" stadiums after the use of internal disadvantage is: themarket consumption object structure of a single weak,intangible asset development,market development efforts,venue propaganda is not enough,poor visibility is low,low degree of specialization,poor quality of management,management personnel,facility operation the single source of funds,open to the public policy is not scientific,market-oriented exploration direction is not clear.(4)The main external opportunities used by the "second youth league" venue after the game are as follows: the introduction of relevant policies and regulations creates a good policy environment for the use of the venue after the game,and the awareness of physical exercise of urban residents in Shanxi Province has been significantly improved.(5)The external threats used by the "second youth league" after the competition mainly include: the increasing competitive pressure of social fitness clubs,and the hindrances brought by laws and policies to the marketization of public welfare sports venues.(6)The possible business models of "erqinghui" competition venues are as follows: 1."second youth club" large-scale sports stadium after the game operation-capital diversified cooperative business model;2."eryouhui" small sports venue management--outsourcing management and operation mode;3."second youth league" college sports venue management--rights and interests selling mode under the management of colleges and universities;4."eryouhui" institutional sports venue management--independent management mode of the institutional;5."second youth league" private sports venue management--further improve the enterprise business model.On this basis,the following Suggestions are made:(1)Based on diversified design ideas,targeted use of venues after the game(2)Actively develop intangible assets and enhance the market development of venues after the games(3)Improve the market-oriented operation mechanism of venues and improve the professional level of management personnel(4)Pay attention to marketing quality,and actively develop venue additional products(5)Strengthen the opening of the venues and enhance their social influence...
