The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC clearly put forward:"We should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building people with moral integrity,develop quality education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic development."Taking this as the guiding ideology,the geographic curriculum standard puts forward that the geographic curriculum should cultivate students'essential core qualities of geographic subject,that is,the concept of human-earth coordination,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geographic practical ability.Geographic core literacy not only requires students to carry out in-depth learning,but also encourages and promotes the in-depth learning of Geography in the middle school classroom.On the premise of sorting out and analyzing the domestic and foreign reviews of in-depth learning,the author defines the connotation of in-depth learning according to his own understanding,expounds the characteristics of in-depth learning,and lays a theoretical foundation.By means of questionnaires,most teachers can understand the positive role of deep learning in geography teaching in middle schools.However,due to the improper use of teachers' teaching strategies,lack of advanced deep learning theory guidance,and imperfect teaching hardware facilities,it is difficult to carry out deep learning in geography teaching in high schools.According to the existing research and experience,from the curriculum-based unit teaching goal design,diagnosis of students'cognitive level,construction of positive learning culture,construction of complex and unhealthy structure teaching situation,situation-based"chain" problem design,guiding students to process knowledge in depth,actively explore and create new knowledge,improve the breadth and depth of knowledge,in-depth reflection learning.The strategies of guiding students to learn in depth are put forward in the aspects of tolerance process,application of diversified teaching methods,diversified evaluation of students and improvement of teachers'abilities.Taking the revision lesson of "The Impact of Ocean Current on Geographic Environment"as an example,combining with the deep learning strategy proposed in the previous section,the paper makes an analysis of the lesson examples,and points out in detail how to carry out the teaching design in the geography classroom teaching so as to promote students' deep learning.
