As an important subject of basic education curriculum,music curriculum has entered a new stage.Hunan Province is an important region of music curriculum reform in China.In accordance with the current curriculum reform and the implementation of the new curriculum standards,school-based curriculum development has become an important work of the current music curriculum reform.The extensive implementation of the music curriculum reform has become an important foundation of the current curriculum.However,a multi-angle investigation is an important basis for testing the development of school-based curriculum.Only by carrying out the investigation can we obtain first-hand funding.Material,understand the current situation of music school-based curriculum development.This paper uses literature review method,current situation investigation method and other research methods,starting from the theoretical overview of music school-based curriculum development,to determine the basic concept.Based on the background and present situation of music curriculum development in primary schools in Changsha County,Hunan Province,Changsha County in Hunan Province is taken as the object of investigation,and the differences in the development of school-based curriculum in different schools are understood.Then designed the Hunan Province Changsha County music school-based curriculum development strategy.From this study,we can draw the following conclusions:first,this investigation is the specific implementation of Changsha primary school in Hunan Province,which has important reference significance for music teaching;secondly,in the process of music teaching reform in Changsha primary school in Hunan Province,The implementation of music school-based curriculum development is the need of implementing music curriculum reform and the inevitable result of optimizing teachers' teaching design.Finally,the development of music school-based curriculum in Changsha primary school in Hunan Province is inseparable from national music culture.The development of national school-based curriculum is an important embodiment of inheriting national excellent culture and protecting traditional culture.
