Blended teaching combines the advantages of online learning and face-to-face learning,and is increasingly concerned and recognized by researchers and educators in the field of information-based teaching.With the rapid development of information technology,the popularization of learning terminal equipment and the improvement of network access speed,blended teaching will become the new normal of teaching in the future.In the "Double Ten Thousand Plan for First-Class Undergraduate Courses"implemented by the Ministry of education in 2019,online and offline blended teaching courses account for the highest proportion.At present,the main problems that affect the effective development of blended teaching are the teachers' understanding of the related theoretical concepts of education and teaching,and how to design and practice the blended teaching based on the quality standards of blended courses."The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)"and "The Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teachers' Team Construction in the New Era" clearly point out that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the professional level of teachers' information-focused teaching which is based on blended teaching.The training for teachers is the main way to realize the development of their teaching abilities.Scientific and effective training models and methods can effectively solve the problems of blindness,arbitrariness,low efficiency and lack of guidance in teachers' training.In order to better improve the above problems,improve the effect of teacher'training,and promote the professional development and promotion of teachers' blended teaching ability,the research content of this paper includes:First,design a training model of teachers' blended teaching ability based on blended course quality standard.Guided by the concept of out-come-based education and student-centered education and teaching,based on the theory of experiential learning,the concept of learning evaluation and the classification theory of educational objectives,and drawing on Horton's optimized instructional teaching model by using rubrics,this paper puts forward a blended teaching ability training model based on blended course quality standards.The model includes four stages:preparation stage,learning stage,practice stage and revision stage.The preparation stage aims to clarify the training objectives and improve the pertinence and purpose of the training;the learning stage creates a blended learning scenario for the teachers to participate in the training which can stimulate their learning motivation and promote their learning participation;the training expert team in the practice stage gives personalized evaluation feedback and guidance It is suggested to help the teachers to further improve their hybrid teaching ability in the process of modifying and improving the practical tasks,so as to ensure that all the teachers can achieve the training objectives and improve the training effect and quality;in the revision stage,the model is further modified according to the problems existing in the practice.Second,using the design-based research methods,following the research paradigm of design,development,implementation and iteration,and relying on the two times service guidance training project of "blended teaching design and practice" of a university,this paper conducts empirical research to verify the effect of the training model.In the empirical research,through the analysis of the training effect and situation,this paper further revise and perfect the existing problems of the training model.According to two rounds of practice and revised training data,in each stage,the participation and completion quality of learning activities and practical tasks of the training teachers achieved expected goal:the participation of learning activities and tasks has reached 100.00%,the average score rate of practical tasks has increased from 30.00%to more than 92.00%,which was a high completion quality.The results of the study satisfaction survey and interview showed that the teachers participated had a positive attitude towards the learning harvest,learning behavior,learning experience and learning satisfaction of participating in the training,and the satisfaction of each dimension reached more than 90.00%.Through the statistical analysis of the training and learning data,satisfaction survey and interview results,it is verified that the blended teaching ability training model based on the blended course quality standard has better operability and practicality,which can promote the professional development of the mixed teaching ability of teachers,achieve the training objectives,and improve the training effect and quality of teachers.
