On-the-job training is an important way for teachers' professional growth.With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional face-to-face teaching has become increasingly unable to meet the management requirements of the teachers' professional development and the department of teaching and research,which hinders the further improvement of teachers' work performance.Aiming at the special problem,this study is based on the teachers' characteristics in specific areas,give full play to the advantages of offline and online training,design an integrated network platform supporting blended learning mode,and meets the needs of managers,trainers,teachers and other main bodies,so as to enhance the effectiveness of teacher training.This paper expounds the current situation of teacher training and the development background and advantages of blended learning,and summarizes the relevant theories and concepts.According to the actual situation,we made detailed needs analysis from four aspects,including the regional situation,learners,trainers and managers.Based on determining the platform design goal,then design learning process,training process and management process,the platform Include four base plates,individual center,class function,courses function and archives function,then carefully design every functional block.On the one hand,it meets the needs of the users,on the other hand,combine the offline activities with the online application,and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of blended learning.Finally,from the three aspects of the trainer,the learner and the manager,the preliminary plan to further improve and update the cost platform.After third-party companies have completed the development and test according to the above design,the platform is used for teacher training based on blended learning.The process is followed by curriculum design,online learning class and course content creation,organizationand implementation of blended learning process,design and application of teacher growth files,and finally formed a complete application case.Finally,a preliminary plan is formed to update and improve the platform.The application not only provides reference for the subsequent application of the platform,but also clarifies the advantages and problems in the blended learning process,point out the direction for further improvement.
