Young students are the future and hope of the country.Students with good quality and strong physical fitness are an important cornerstone of a country's comprehensive development.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "Sports Powerful Country Strategy",the physical condition of students has once again become the focus of attention. As we all know, the physical education and health course is a key course with physical exercises as the main way to help students improve their physical fitness and improve their health.Good physical education is not only conducive to cultivating students' awareness and habits of physical exercise, but also for "lifelong sports".The formation of ideas plays a key role. However, the examination of the student's physical report in recent years shows that the physical quality of young students is "declined".which has caused the national and social attention. Therefore, this paper investigates the interest of primary school students in sports learning and the behavior of after-school sports activities in Changzhou. It provides the necessary theoretical basis for promoting primary school students' interest in sports learning and improving physical fitness. The research methods in this paper are:literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method;research object sports interest and extracurricular sports behavior of primary school students in 3-6 grades in Changzhou;survey object:Changzhou City(Xinqiao Primary School,Dragon Tiger)Tang Experimental Primary School,Mitsui Experimental Primary School,Changzhou Experimental Primary School.800 students in grades three to sixThe research conclusions are as follows:1.In the dimension of sports interest, there are significant differences among students of different genders, and boys' enthusiasm for physical learning is greater than that of girls. In the two dimensions of physical learning negative interest and autonomous learning, students of different grades also have significant differences, and continue to decline with the increase of grades.2.Students in the middle-aged(3-4)and upper-grade(5-6)primary schools have significant differences in the interest dimension of physical education.Senior students'negative interest in physical education and active interest in physical education are higher than those in middle-aged students.Among them, the negative interest in physical education in the upper primary school is more obvious, but the degree of independent learning is lower than that of middle-aged students.3.Most students are willing to participate in extracurricular sports activities. The number of students who exercise 3-5 times a week accounts for 59.87%.The number of sports for boys is slightly lower than the number of sports for girls. The primary school students occupy 56.37%of each exercise for more than 30 minutes. It shows that most students have more than half an hour of exercise time, but there are still a small number of students who participate in lower exercise time each time.In each exercise intensity.42%of the students have lower exercise intensity, which does not achieve the effect of exercise.4.Parents agree with the value of physical exercise, and are willing to encourage and support their children to participate in sports activities, but there are also a few senior parents who believe that sports activities will affect children's learning, and do not want children to participate in sports activities.5.Most students are willing to participate in extracurricular physical exercise, but there are still a small number of students participating in the enthusiasm is not high, mainly due to:fear of affecting academic performance, lack of necessary sports knowledge and skills,self-interest in sports and fear of sports injuries, etc.the reason. The research conclusions are as follows:1.There is a significant difference in the interest of physical education between boys and girls in primary school.Different grades change with the change of grades.and the interest in physical education of upper grade students is lower than that of middle-aged students.2.The vast majority of primary school students are willing to participate in extracurricular sports activities, but there are still a small number of students who have insufficient exercise time and insufficient exercise intensity to meet the requirements of exercise.3.Most parents agree that their children participate in extracurricular sports activities, but as the grades rise, parents are reluctant to participate in extracurricular exercise.
