College students are regarded as reliable successors of Chinese characteristics socialist modernization are the backbone of the future development of the country and the nation.How college students' wisdom relates to the development and progress of science and technology,culture and society in China new time and it relates to the success or failure of the construction of socialist harmonious society and the realization of "Chinese dream".Relevant theories and studies show that openness,self-reflection and personal growth are closely related to wisdom and have an important influence on wisdom.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between wisdom and openness,self-reflection,personal growth and function mechanism,enrich students' personality traits and the research content of wisdom,promote open personality traits of college students,improve the level of college students' self reflection,personal growth,wisdom.At the same time,it provides reference and inspiration for college students' wisdom education.A total of 1313 college students from jiangxi,guizhou,guangdong,jiangsu,anhui and yunnan provinces were studied in this study.Openness Scale,Self-reflection Scale,Personal Growth Scale and Wisdom Development Scale were used for data collection.By using statistical methods such as correlation analysis,variance analysis,multiple regression analysis and path analysis,this study analyzes the characteristics of college students' openness,self-reflection,personal growth,wisdom and the relationship between openness,self-reflection,personal growth and wisdom.Main conclusions of the research are as following:1.Openness,self-reflection,personal growth and wisdom among college students are above average.2.There are significant differences in region,major and student cadre in the openness of college students,and no significant differences in gender,grade and origin of student;There are significant differences in region,gender and major in self-reflection,and no significant differences in grade,student cadre and origin of student.There are significant difference in region,gender,grade and major inpersonal growth,and there is no significant difference in student cadre and origin of student;There are significant difference in region and student cadre in wisdom,and no significant difference in gender,grade,major and origin of student.3.There are positive correlation between openness,self-reflection,personal growth and wisdom among college students.4.Openness,self-reflection and personal growth significantly predicted wisdom among college students.5.Self-reflection plays a partial intermediary role between openness and wisdom among college students;Self-reflection plays a part of mediating role between openness and personal growth among college students;Personal growth plays a partial intermediary role between the openness and wisdom.Personal growth plays a part intermediary role between self-reflection and wisdom among college students;Self-reflection and personal growth play a chain intermediary role between openness and wisdom among college students.The conclusion of this study is that self-reflection and personal growth play multiple mediating roles between openness and wisdom,improving openness of college students,cultivating the ability of self-reflection and personal growth of college students is conducive to the growth of wisdom of college students.
