At present,with the rapid development of the national economy,the degree of population aging is deepening,and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has improved the requirements of technical talents,and the gap of technical talents is great.In order to promote the synchronous development of vocational education and Chinese economy and society,it has promoted "made in China" to "high quality manufacturing","high quality manufacturing",even "China created" "made in China".Vocational education has received attention and attention from the state and the whole society.The government departments have taken measures to support the cooperation between school and enterprise and promote the profession.In recent years,the structural shortage of labor in Guangdong Pearl River Delta area is in urgent need of school enterprise cooperation to cultivate skilled talents that can be used.Many enterprises,especially the strong enterprises,have already taken the initiative.They have worked with the local higher vocational colleges and technical colleges and universities to train the skilled personnel in depth and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading.In particular,the order form talent training mode has been developing continuously under the joint efforts of the government and the whole society,and has achieved fruitful results.But there are still some shortcomings in this mode,which need improvement.This article takes the order class of X technical school in Zhanjiang,Guangdong province for the last 5 years(2013 to 2017)as the research object,to optimize the tra ining mode of "order type" talent training in technical school.This paper investigates the basic situation of order personnel training in technical schools,finds out the exist ing problems,and analyzes the causes.The main shortcomings are: first,the govern ment,the association,the school,the enterprise has not formed effective joint force;t wo is the school enterprise cooperation depth is not enough;the three is the integrate d teaching system of engineering integration failed to be fully established;four is the quality of the order class graduates and the expectation of the order enterprise has a c ertain gap;five is the craftsman spirit training failed to highlight.The reasons are as f ollows: the school enterprise cooperation policy is not perfect enough;the enterprise's enthusiasm is not high enough;the benefit guarantee mechanism of the school enterprise order training is not perfect enough;the investment in order personnel is insuffi cient and so on.According to the problems and reasons for the training of "order type" talent trai ning mode,the optimization measures are put forward,and the model of "2+1 school enterprise cooperation and post Internship" is optimized as "school enterprise integra tion,engineering integration and post Internship".The specific measures are as follows: one is "government,industry,school,enterprise" linkage,form "order type" talent training long-term mechanism;two is to draw lessons from foreign experience,flexible arrangement of training time;three is to highlight the characteristics,clear order personnel training goals;four is to build "School enterprise integration,integration of work and engineering,job integration,top job" the five is to focus on the future,and focus on training the craftsman spirit of the order class students.
