As China's economic structure shifts from factor driven and investment driven to innovation-driven new normal,the industrial structure is constantly adjusted and upgraded,which requires a large number of high-quality human resources to support.Based on this,China has issued a number of programmatic documents to guide vocational education to promote the development of "industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation".From 2014 to 2018,a total of three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot projects were issued,and corresponding supporting schemes were introduced.All provinces also launched modern apprenticeship pilot projects,forming a modern apprenticeship that gradually expanded.This study adopts questionnaires survey,interviews,case analysis to practice modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,combining the life education theory,constructivism theory,discipline and education combined theory and take system engineering theory as management tool to solve the problems process.And put forward "365 Strategy" as a scientific,reasonable,systematic,controllable,and observable strategy in solving problems of secondary vocational schools.This paper investigates the current situation of the modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation in the secondary vocational schools,finds out the problems in the cooperation and analyzes the reasons.As an in-depth research of a case school of modern apprenticeship for secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation,the paper put forward the "365 Strategy" to solve many problems in the current modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation in Beihai Secondary Vocational and Technical School.The"365 Strategy" refers to straighten out "three kinds of relationships",that is,the relationship between enrollment and employment,the relationship between curriculum and post standards,the relationship between campus culture and corporate culture;following the "six guidelines" which means the target positioning criteria,Win--cooperation criteria,"double tutor" team building criteria,curriculum development criteria,post competence criteria,training base construction criteria;create "five-common mechanism",that is,talent co-education mechanism,curriculum co-construction mechanism,process co-management mechanism,risk sharing mechanism and achievement sharing mechanism.Guided by the "365 Strategy",the theoretical discourse and empirical research are carried out item by item,which proves that the“365 Strategy" has scientific rationality and universal applicability to guide the development of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,and it can effectively solve the difficulties and problems in deep cooperation of school-enterprise.This study is a reference for the development of modern apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools in China.
