After the17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of the vocational eucation is the key to promote the economic development and it is also the key to the basic educaiton. The goverment take a series of effective measures to train the skilled personnel and the high-quality personnel in order to support the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and building a well-off society. According to the demands, it is necessary to train billions of skillful and high-quality personnel to ensure the long-term stable development of economy and the well-off society. Also as a result, it is necessary to provide a wide variety of talent training mode to meet the demans which can satisfythe people by improving the quality of live and the needs of all-round development. In this process, it is necessary to make great effort in the trainning mode of teachers in vocational education and establish our own talent training system. Among this, training mode of vocational teachers is the beginning of the vocational education system. The rapidly development of vocational education is not only the key focus of the community in GuangXi, also it is the hot issues of the socio-economic development in GuangXi. In the research of vocational education, the talent training mode of vocational education belongs to the micro-level, it contians lots of elements, concluding training methods, training structure, training procedure,ect. Talent training mode keeps pace with the times, it must in accordance with the times. It is alsoclosely integrated with the economic development, the avancement of Science and technology, and the industrial restructuring in GuangXi. The paper does the research on the basis of theories, combined with the theory of vocational education training model at home and abroad, conducted a comprehensive research in Guangxi vocational education training model, which focuses on the "bottleneck" issues and trends during the development of Guangxi vocational education training mode. The paper argues that only knowing the content and features of the vocational education trainning mode, combined with the advanced trend in secondary vocational teacher training mode and socia-economic development in GuangXi, then can build the right structure for secondary teacher training mode of vocational educcation in GuangXi. To inteoduce the experiments in teacher training mode of GuangXi Teachers Education University is to give good examples to GuangXi vocatioanl education especially in vocational education teacher training mode.
