A Study On Military-oriented Management In Secondary Technical Vocational School

In a new age when educational innovation and reform has been highly emphased,Secondary Technical Vocational School,in order to keep pace with the modern time,improve operative efficiency,cultivate skill-based talents,satisfy labor market,adopts military-oriented management and that is a good way to achieve a long-term development for the school and its graduates.There are six parts in the thesis so as to fully,if it is to be,illustrate the case.The first part is to showcase the research aim,method,significance and the like.The second part is to sort out the literature and explain the related definitions in this paper.The third part is to analyze the school,which is the subject studied in the thesis,in different aspects,brief introduction of this school,the way its military-oriented management is operated,the way the students are checked,the problems in the process,just to name some.The six,also the last part,is a concise conclusion of this thesis.
