| Technical schools are the cradle of training innovative technical talents.Under the background of deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in China’s vocational education,it is the key to improve the quality of talent training to promote the reform and innovation of talent training paths in technical schools.The long-term talent training practice of technical schools has proved that it is not only the natural attribute of technical schools,but also the lifeline of the high-quality development of technical schools to cultivate technical talents through the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises to meet the needs of enterprises’ employment and social development.In this paper,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,comparative study method and other methods,this paper made with fusion,school-enterprise cooperation theory,the Shenzhen 11 technical schools 39 cooperative enterprises,162 school administrators and teachers,and 835 students questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,according to the survey results in the practice of analysis of government policies and regulations is not perfect,industry association coordination effect is not strong,the technical schools cooperation ability is not strong,enterprise participation enthusiasm is not high,teacher’s teaching ability is limited,students’ overall quality of the main problems and the main reason for the problem.This paper puts forward the main ways of training talents through the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in Shenzhen technical schools from the perspectives of government departments,industry associations,enterprises and technical schools.First,government departments play a role in macro-control by taking measures such as building a sound ecology,improving laws and regulations,increasing investment in funds,and establishing a long-term mechanism.Second,the industry association strengthens the coordinating and guiding role by building the school-enterprise cooperation platform integrating industry and education and actively participating in the talent training of technical schools.Third,enterprises play the main role by strengthening the policy publicity to improve their sense of identity,broadening the ways to integrate industry and education with school-enterprise cooperation,and implementing preferential policies to arouse their enthusiasm.Fourth,technical schools should take measures such as optimizing theprofessional setting according to the industrial demand,improving the curriculum system based on the post capacity,strengthening the construction of "double-qualified" teaching staff,improving the quality of students and promoting all-round development,and establishing a system of "multi-evaluation" of talents to strengthen the high-quality development and enhance the level of cooperation.In this paper,combined with the practice of Shenzhen 3 technical schools,sums up the Shenzhen technical schools teaching fusion,schools-enterprise cooperation effect of talent cultivation.The first is to form the talent training concept of "school-enterprise dual system and integration of work and study".It adheres to the principle of cooperation and co-construction between specialty construction and enterprise,joint development between curriculum system and enterprise,seamless connection between teaching process and enterprise production process,close connection between student evaluation and enterprise employee evaluation,and integrated development between campus culture and enterprise advanced culture.Second,we have created innovative forms of "high-end leadership and in-depth cooperation" in personnel training.We have formed several innovative forms of "co-construction of specialties","new apprenticeship","talent cultivation alliance" and "international cooperation",and achieved good results.The third is to establish a talent training mechanism of "teacher co-construction and student co-evaluation".The school-enterprise co-construction of "double-qualified" teacher team and school-enterprise joint assessment and evaluation of students.Fourth,through strengthening connotation construction to improve the quality of training,deepening school-enterprise cooperation to ensure quality employment and other measures,to achieve the talent training goal of "improving quality and ensuring employment". |
