In this study,60 female students of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2017(College of Chinese Painting and College of Architecture)were selected as the experimental subjects to study the teaching mode of Pom Pom flip classroom.The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the subject's special sports skills before and after the experiment of Pom Pom flip classroom teaching mode and traditional sports teaching mode.In order to improve the teaching effect of Pom Pom in Colleges and universities,the indexes of physical fitness and the emotional attitudes towards physical exercise are analyzed by statistics.In this paper,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics,interviews,questionnaires and literature methods are used to study the application of the teaching model of the Pom Pom flip classroom.Through a 16-week and 32-hour experiment on the reversal classroom teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode of Pom Pom,the same teacher,teaching content and teaching progress were selected to teach Pom Pom.The skills,attitudes and physical qualities of the second class of Pom Pom in the Chinese Painting Academy of Central Academy of Fine Arts and the Architecture Academy were studied.Horizontal comparison between quality and students feedback on teaching mode is made to test the difference between the teaching effect of the Pom Pom flip classroom teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode;the difference between the experimental data of the two classes is tested and analyzed by mathematical statistics method;and the two classes of the Chinese Painting Institute and the Architectural College are investigated by questionnaire method.Students emotional attitudes and teaching evaluation of physical exercise were measured;students' subjective feelings about the teaching model of Pom Pom flip classroom were understood by interviews and qualitative research was carried out;theoretical basis of flip-flop classroom teaching model and research status of predecessors were summarized and commented by literature method.Through the experimental study of the flower ball cheerleading teaching model of the central Academy of Fine Arts(2017),the following conclusion is drawn: 1.In this teaching experiment,the middle school student's sports technology level of using the pom pom teaching model is obviously improved.The nature of physical education courses has changed because of the use of reversing classroom teaching;Students' exercise time increased significantly in class,which greatly promoted the improvement of students' motor skills.2.In this teaching experiment,the enthusiasm of middle school students to carry out physical exercise by using the pom pom teaching model is obviously improved.Due to the early learning of teaching videos before class,there is a certain understanding of the teaching content,so that students can better participate in the classroom in the course of class,and also make students have a certain positive influence on the attitude of physical exercise.3.In this teaching experiment,there was no significant change in the students 'physical level using the pom pom and reversing classroom teaching model.Because only once a week,the pom pom sports class is too few and the interval between the two classes is longer;Many other students believe that physical education classes are optional "sub-subjects" and do not attach importance to physical education classes;Some students have irregular habits in their lives.They often stay up late,These bad habits also affect their physical fitness.4.In this teaching experiment,using the pom pom reversing classroom teaching model,students 'evaluation of the classroom is also better than traditional sports classrooms,because teachers are no longer the only ones to assess the final results in the flipping classroom teaching.Student self-assessments and group assessments are also included in the results;which stimulates students' interest in learning sports.
