Education and poverty alleviation is an important part of China's current poverty alleviation work.Implementing education and poverty alleviation is of great significance for improving the quality of rural poor,enhancing its endogenous development momentum,achieving sustainable poverty alleviation,and promoting regional economic and social development.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of giving priority to education.For poor areas,it is especially important to adhere to the priority development of education.In recent years,due to the increasing investment in education in education,especially in rural poverty-stricken areas,the education and teaching conditions in rural poverty-stricken areas have been greatly improved.The rural poor have acquired certain knowledge and skills through corresponding education and poverty alleviation policies.In order to get rid of poverty,it has accumulated human capital and increased economic income.This fully demonstrates that education and poverty alleviation is an effective measure to implement precise poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation,and it has a significant and far-reaching impact on achieving a comprehensive well-off society.Therefore,the evaluation and analysis of the implementation performance of education poverty alleviation is of great significance for the continuous improvement of education and poverty alleviation.As a national poverty-stricken county,Gushi County has achieved certain results in education poverty alleviation in recent years,but there are also many problems.Therefore,this paper comprehensively evaluates the implementation performance of education poverty alleviation work from the micro perspective of the county,aiming to provide valuable policy recommendations for the effective development of education poverty alleviation work.Based on this purpose,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of education poverty alleviation from five aspects,and demonstrates the important role of education poverty alleviation in achieving education equity,blocking intergenerational transmission of poverty,upgrading human capital,and promoting economic and social development.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the implementation of poverty alleviation in Gushi County,and summarizes relevant exper:iences and practices.Then,based on the indicators construction method of relevant research,combined with the actual situation of education poverty alleviation work in the county,Gushi County education poverty alleviation is constructed.The performance evaluation index system uses the analytic hierarchy process and YAAHP software to calculate the expert scores.The results show that the overall performance of education poverty alleviation in Gushi County is good,but there are still some shortcomings in terms of capital investment,output quality and economic results.Finally,based on the findings of the research,it is proposed to enhance the endogenous development motivation of education and poverty alleviation,continue to strengthen the construction of rural teachers,develop vocational education or training that is compatible with county economic development,and improve the efficiency of education and poverty alleviation.To promote education Solid and effective conduct,and provide experience for other regions.
