In the context of targeted poverty alleviation,education targeted poverty alleviation is a basic strategy and an important cut for the better implementation of targeted poverty alleviation.It is an important poverty alleviation measure that hopes to solve poverty from the source and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.So what is the effect of targeted poverty alleviation by education? It directly reflects the effectiveness of poverty alleviation work in the region.Based on this focus,this research has combed the concepts of precision poverty alleviation,education precision poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation performance,and performance evaluation mechanism.From the perspectives of sociology and economics,it uses poverty culture theory,empowerment theory,human capital theory and Performance evaluation theory is the relevant theoretical basis.Based on the current situation of precision poverty alleviation and education precision poverty alleviation in five counties in central Yunnan,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used as the research carrier of performance evaluation in this paper to construct The performance evaluation index system for targeted poverty alleviation by education in central Yunnan consists of two index levels.The first level index includes 6 targets for identification,and the second level includes 22 poor population identification rates,which are finally determined through expert scoring and AHP layer-by-layer analysis.Each level of index weights and their rankings,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out a more comprehensive analysis and evaluation of performance.The research results show that the poverty alleviation effectiveness indicators in the first-level indicator system and the identification objects in the second-level indicator system have the highest weight,which means that the above two indicators are the most important in the education precision poverty alleviation work in central Yunnan.It can directly reflect the implementation degree of the education precision poverty alleviation project and the implementation effect of the poverty alleviation policy;further evaluation results show that the education precision poverty alleviation work in central Yunnan has achieved remarkable results,with an overall score of 4.6233,and the overall performance is close to "good",between "very good".Between "good" and "better".Finally,according to the evaluation results and actual work conditions,how to continue to maintain the accuracy of the identification target indicators in the follow-up precision poverty alleviation work of Central Yunnan Education,how to maintain long-term effectiveness and prevent the poverty-stricken population from returning to poverty,and how to combine internal and external forces to promote Provide targeted policy recommendations for assistance work...
